Season 1 Episode 9 ~ Christmas Day

Finally, it was morning time again. I woke up in and instant because today was the day we'd open our presents. I immediately started waking up my friends from their slumber.

Me: Guys, wake up! Today's the day! Let's go down and see if anyone else's awake.

Once my three, sleepy friends were up on their feet, I lead them downstairs back to the main room. Inside, Shinobu, Mom, Takeo, Hanako and Shigeru were already awake. They were excited too.

Hanako: Nezuko! Can you believe today's the day we open our presents?

Me: Yep. You're going to love what I got you.

Hanako: *Smiles*

Kie: Well, we'll have to be patient. Miss Kocho here said we won't start until everyone has woken up.

Shinobu: Yeah! I want everyone to be here for the opening of Christmas.

Me: Okay! We can wait. While we're waiting, we better think about breakfast.

Shinobu: Oh, yes! Thank you for reminding me, Nezuko! Hmmm, can you and your friends help me with this one?

Tanjiro: *Tired* *Yawns* *Feels messy hair* Sorry...Miss Ko...cho...but...we're still *yawns* tired...

Shinobu: I understand.

Me: Don't worry, Miss Kocho! I'll help!

Kie: That's a good idea, Nezuko! You should let your friends sleep while you do so.

So with that, I followed Miss Kocho into the kitchen. There, we would start our plan to make breakfast for everyone.

Me: So, Miss Kocho! What should we make for breakfast?

Shinobu: Let's do something simple. How about Tamago?

Me: You mean raw egg on rice?

Shinobu: *Nods head* Yep!

Me: I don't know, Miss Kocho. Do you think they'll like something like that? Personally, I enjoy it, but I don't think I can say the same about everyone else.

Shinobu: I'm sure they'll all enjoy it, Nezuko. Well, I'm not sure about Giyu, but we'll make it especially good.

So, there we had it. We were going to be making everyone a raw egg on rice or tamago for breakfast. So, while we were working on that part, my brother and my friends caught up on the sleep that I interrupted for them. Even more, more people including Dad and Rokuta woke up. Finally, we were all done with everything.

Shinobu: *Hands a bowl of tamago to me* Here's your helping, Nezuko.

Me: Thanks, Shinobu.

Shinobu: *Smiles* Now, can you go out and tell everyone that breakfast is ready? Then, get ready to pack. This is the last day of the party so you guys will be leaving to go back to your homes.

Me: Got it.

I walked out of the kitchen back into the main room. In there, some people were talking amongst each other. Mitsuri and Hanako were playing with Adzuki, Rengoku was having a conversation with Dad, Takeo and Shigeru, Mom was taking care of Rokuta, and my three friends were talking among each other.

Me: *Yelling* Hey, guys! Breakfast is ready. Go meet Miss Kocho in the kitchen to collect your helpings.

Everyone in the room agreed and got up. There was a train of people of all sizes, heading for the kitchen to get some breakfast. I sat down on the couch and started to gulp down my food so that I could go back upstairs and get my stuff ready. Once I was done, that's exactly what I did. I took my kimono and haori and started to fold them up. Then, I placed them together on the ground and went back down to everyone else.
