Note: Most of my stories I will be using my Oc Mineta, I mean I know you hate perverted Mineta but who said I can't rewrite the character.
Izuku Midoriya was a quirkless kid and was bullied for being so since he wants to be a hero. Despite being quirkless, Izuku was cursed with knowledge that can compare to Nezu's IQ himself. He unfortunately lost his parents at the age of 8 after they both were killed while walking home with Izuku. Izuku trains up and then becomes a vigilante since he knows that he can't become a hero so he can help others and stop fake heroes. He became known as Japan's #1 Vigilante and is the one of the hardest to capture. But what if Tsukauchi's daughter, who wants to become a Hero and A Detective, takes on the case to capture him? What would their interactions result into?
