Chapter Six
31st October 1670
Dearest Amelia,
I am doing splendid, I thank you for the concern as I was not hurt from the last battle, it was all because of your many prayers. Have you received the white flowers? They are so full of fragrance aren't they? They are from a land far away, I heard that land doesn't snow in the winter, there's only warm, dry and rain. I can not fathom such beauty can grow in such land. They call them jasmine, a fitting name for our future queen if someday we shall have an heiress.
I reckon you have gone to the lake. Isn't it beautiful? Let's go together someday. But don't go near there and the village for now, the knights told me of the white demon sightings.
I may be back next Tyr's Day. Can't wait to see your blue sky eyes and hold you in me arms
Love,
Arthur

Leslie Robins took a deep breath as he followed Jane onto the side wing of the castle as the main entrance was locked for the monthly maintenance. The omega saw a few experts and construction workers working on reviving the garden outside the castle. Gary decided to go to the tourist information to get a private tour around the area while waiting for Leslie to be done. Leslie and Jane arrived at the smaller door on the side that lead to what they believed to be the main kitchen that used to serve food for the royalty who lived here.
There he saw some fellow students from other universities, and archeologists who will be guiding them. Jane had Leslie were introduced to some of the archeologists and historians as some of them took a walk further into the castle. The people in charge actually asked why Jesse Underwood, a.k.a Amy, wasn't with them, Leslie easily lied telling them that Jesse got sick and delayed his departure for another few weeks.
"Mister...," one of the male alpha archeologists trailed off as he looked at his clipboard, "-Mister Robins isn't it?"
Leslie looked up to be met with the mated alpha's eyes as he nodded. The archeologist might be in his sixties at least, from the introduction Leslie remembered the man is a professor too, working for the Knight Academy, currently the most prestigious school and university in America.
"Are you familiar with the history of the Brickelwhyte's monarchy?" The man asked with a scrutinizing gaze, the historians and all of the six or seven students now all stared at him at the same time, that made Leslie nervous.
He knew what that archeologist was doing, without Jesse, Leslie was the only omega in this project after all, it's not uncommon for the proud alphas trying to corner him and talk down to him.
Leslie straightened up his back, chin up and confidently nodded his head. "Yes, I'm in a different major but I actually studied from a lot of references before coming here, quiz me if you'd like."
The archeologist seemed taken aback by Leslie's confidence, he cleared his throat as he crossed his arms to appear bigger. "You're majoring in Mystical Beasts, are you looking for the dragon from a children's folktale?" The older man asked with a mocking tone, the other alpha students snickered.
Leslie smiled and it made some of the students raised their brows as they got even more interested in the situation. "Due to all respect sir, I think you have mistaken the word 'mythical' and 'mystical'. Dragons are not mythical beasts, they are mystical creatures belongs to the family of draganus lacertillia, they actually existed a few hundred years ago before going extinct because of human's greed, you should know this if you didn't miss the Supernatural ed in 3rd and 4th grade," he explained. Unlike some other countries in Asia and Europe, numbers of supernaturals are very little in the US because they were strictly controlled by the Supernatural Council. But still the Supernatural ed is still a mandatory class in all schools.
