"is this the right place?"

"yeah. seokjin told me." jeongguk answered while unbuckling his seatbelt.

the three went out of the car together and went to the entrance of the company. the guards seemed to immediately recognize them and greeted them brightly, not knowing what the three boys' intention are.

"this place is huge as fuck." hoseok muttered while walking with his friends.

namjoon nodded. "so, it turns out that this is a gaming company. why did you bring us here, gguk?"

"what else? to gain more power." jeongguk answered.

an unfamiliar lady stood in front of them, stopping them from walking.

"it was really an honour for our company to be visited by three famous people today, NJ Destroyer, sunshineseok and JG97. please allow me to assist you."

"damn. it's so weird hearing our usernames being pronounced by someone." hoseok said.

"yup. i only read it everywhere. i think i'm gonna change my username later, fuck." namjoon groaned. "sounds so cringey."

"yeah. sure." jeongguk responded to the girl.

"i'm shin gyeoul if you may ask. please follow me." gyeoul said and started walking.

hoseok and namjoon was about to follow her but halted their steps as jeongguk isn't moving.

"i want you to take me to this company's secret place. just me." jeongguk wore a serious look.

the lady stopped and her lips curved up into a smile, turning to face the ravenette. "what do you mean by secret place?"

"don't play dumb. i know you're hiding something from the public."

"uh.. jeongguk?" hoseok asked but jeongguk ignores him as he's busy having a glare competition with gyeoul.

"so, when you finally entered the place, a girl will approach you and tour you around the company. she's daehoon's most trusted assistant. her name is shin gyeoul, be aware." seokjin said.

"alright. noted."

"what? you can't show me? afraid to get caught?"

gyeoul lets out a chuckle and straightened her posture. "alright then, JG97. follow me." she said before going to the elevator.

jeongguk turned to his friends. "explore the place and message me if you found something suspicious." he told them then went inside the elevator with gyeoul.

hoseok blinked, staring at the elevator where jeongguk disappeared. "what just happened?"

"i don't know dude- bro. holy fuck look at that gaming chair!" namjoon pointed to the market area.

hoseok gasped, seeing the place. "let's just ditch jeongguk and enjoy ourselves."

namjoon laughs and nodded. "hell yeah." he said then they started running towards the place.

jeongguk is still wearing the same expression as the girl pressed a button of the elevator.

he knew damn well that this girl is just playing with him and doing her best to hide their secret. he wants to scream it out already but he knows that he'll just end up fucking up everything.

so here he is, trying his best to calm down and wait for the right timing.

"what do you know, mr. jeon?" gyeoul broke the awkward silence.

"what do i know?" jeongguk poked his inner cheek with his tongue. "i only know one thing."

gyeoul smiled, staring at jeongguk's reflection through the elevator wall in front of her. "and what might be that one thing?"

"this place is completely fucked up." he answered.

a ding sound can be heard and the elevator doors went open. gyeoul was the first one to come out followed by jeongguk.

jeongguk looked around the place, trying to find something suspicious.

"what's this place?"

"hm? the secret place that you're talking about." she stared at the ravenette. "it's where we're creating our games."

"don't fuck with me." jeongguk glared at her. "you think i'm joking? i know you're running illegal activities. i know you're locking up some teens and kids and using them for this goddamm game."

gyeoul widened her eyes but smirked afterwards. "mr. jeongguk, let me ask you one thing."

jeongguk raised a brow. "what?"

she came closer to him and took a hold of his necktie. "do you perhaps, know a person named kim seokjin?"
