Grass!
I eat grass pretty frequently as it's usually always available for me to just snatch and BITE!
except when its the cold winter and all I have to eat is snow...
Moving on~
It has this dry feel to it even when its wet and it pretty crunchy! (Don't let other people fool you...grass IS NOT easy to chew!) And its takes a few minutes for it to turn to mush in my mouth but sometimes I just swallow it whole cause I have to eat as much as possible.
Green grass tastes slightly sweeter than brown grass and brown grass is much drier. So i usually eat green grass as a full meal and brown grass just as a snack.
BE VERYYYY CAREFUL: I snuck into to someone's garden once just to get a taste of their sweet sweet grass and as soon as I put some in my mouth I ALMOST THREW UP. It has this acidic and putrid taste to it, I still ate it though cause bad food is better than no food! While turns out I passed out in this poor persons yard and woke up surrounded by poison control. The grass HAD PESTICIDE (no regrets) I had to be rushed to the hospital! ugh the medical bill is gonna take years to pay off!!!!!!!!
Ever since then i've grown used to pesticides and now its like a special secret sauce that only causes small seizures.
Sometimes if i'm lucky the grass has toppings, so it gets closer and closer to tasting like a salad.
Sometimes they have flowers, which are DELICIOUS and add this delicate sweetness and moisture to it. Though there are some flowers that taste HORRIBLE and have a spiky texture.
Sometimes they have dirt, which is filled with a lot of nutrients! >v<
I LOVEEEE IT WHEN I FIND BERRIES OR NUTS I CAN'T HELP BUT EAT IT ALL
if i'm lucky enough, I miss like 4 or 5 and take them home for my family to enjoy too!
A bush is like a nice steak, the leaves are smooth with a veiny texture and they taste like chlorophyll YUM! And the branches are like nice leftovers to chew on, and sometimes delicious bugs come along with it!
Chef's kiss, a true delicacy.
