You clocked in, slipping the sheet into the machine on the wall.
You decided to take the night shift so that way there was less little heathens to have to mess with.
Your main job was patrolling around the whole building. The animatronics were keeping to themselves in their rooms so you decide to go around the rest of the building.
You check the kitchens, arcades, and other various party rooms.
You find a large set of doors with big bulky text that said "DAYCARE PICKUP" Above it. You walk inside, and inside is a long winding hallway. The walls are painted vibrant colors, and large pictures advertising different kinds of candies line it.
You see a sun animatronic holding a piece of candy with a sun symbol, smiling brightly. There was another one, but with a moon and moon candy.
You gripped your flashlight tightly and adjusted your hat, as you continued down the hallway.
You saw a set of double doors and pushed them open with a grunt.
Large glittering statues of a sun animatronic and a moon animatronic posed back to back. They were surrounded by table and small cubbies for shoes.
Those were the same animatronics on those posters... you've never met them before.
Sure, you've met the main gang, the security bots, map bot, hell, you've even met Music Man! But these were new to you.
You found a rainbow slide with big text that said "SLIDE TO FUN!" in cheery text. You leaned to your left and looked down upon the massive play area. It was full over towering play sets, large foam blocks, small crafting tables, and other toys and entertainment items.
You shrugged and positioned yourself on the slide, then pushed yourself down. When you got down, you flew straight into a huge ball pit.
You groaned as you fished around the clunking heaps of plastic so you could resurface. You stood in the ballpit before you heard a booming "HO HOOOOO" followed by something large and yellow splashing into it.
You back up and quickly scrambled towards the wall before you felt something large wrap it's arms around your waist and lift you in the air.
"Hellooooo! New friend you're sure up late are we having a slumber party where are all of your friends?"
You squirmed and groaned as it lifted you out of the ballpit. It was that same Sun guy from the statue and poster. He must be the caretaker.
You wiggled free of his grip and dropped the floor, landing on your knees.
He started doing a small dance in front of you before continuing his ramble.
"We can finger paint, tell stories, drink Fizzy Faz until our heads ex-PLODE and then stay up all night!!"
You backed into a table as he continued.
He went dead silent, before looking directly at you.
His tone suddenly went sullen. "There is only one rule. Keep the lights on. ON. on."
"Uhhh sure..." you nodded.
"Great!" He squeaked. He grabbed your arm and dragged your over to a table.
"What are you-" you started. He sat you down in a chair and plopped down next to you on his own. Even sitting down, he was huge compared to you.
You examined him closely as he pulled out colorful paper.
"Look! Watch me.." he said. He took a piece of paper with a heart design on it and started quickly folding it.
His long metal fingers worked swiftly and gracefully as he folded it into a large swan.
