Backstory: Alisa Yuuto is the younger sister of Kiba Yuuto. She hated him for two reasons: he is a student of Union Academy and a member of Rias' Peerage. She somehow knew how corrupt the Union actually was and what are Rias' true intentions. She was then chosen to be the next Dino Thunder Yellow Ranger, and became the girlfriend of Red Robin. She's ready to prove that she can be better than the Union students, including her brother.
