Backstory: Reyes Midoriya is the brother of Izuku Midoriya and son of Inko Midoriya. Like his brother, he was born quirkless. However he didn't care about what people say and has a strong belief that he can be a hero even without any powers. This belief caught the attention of Tommy Oliver, who trained him and passed over the mantle of the Black Dino Thunder Ranger. Now Reyes is ready to prove that he can be a hero and save his brother from the Union's corruption. He became the boyfriend of Nejire Hado.
