I sat down on my bed and heard Antonio's dad calling for him. I knew he was under the bed so I said, "Everyone's looking for youu. This gift will self destruct if you take it in three two oneee oh-"

He took the present then I went under the bed with him and said, "nervous? You have nothing to worry about. Your going to get your gift and open that door and it's going the coolest ever. I know it."

Antonio looked at me and smiled but then looked down as his smile faded and he said in a whisper, "What if it doesn't work?" "Well, in that impossible scenario you'd stay here in the nursery with me foreverr and I get you all to myself." I said while I pinch his cheek at the end.

"I wish you can have a door." Antonio says then I say, "You know what you don't have to worry about me cause I have an amazing family and an amazing house and an amazing you. And seeing you get your special gift and your door that's going to make me way more happy than anything. Ahh but at last I am going to miss having the worlds best roomie."

I pointed my lips to the present indicating for him to open it. He moved the strings off then took the lid off the box. He gasped and took the stuffed leopard toy I made him. " I know your an animal guy and I made you this so when you move into your cool new room you'll always have something to snuggle with."

He put his head on my shoulder and smiled then casita moved a floor board to make the stuff leopard toy bounce and moved the clock in front of us so we know it's time.

"Alright hombrecito, you ready." He nodded his head in response. We started to move to get out from under the bed but I had to get one last hug so I said, "Sorry I got to get one more squeeze grrr" (it's not a growl it's just how I picture the noise would be spelled)

Then casita moved the floor to move us out the easy and I said while laughing , " Ok ok we're going"

Everyone was having fun and lighting spark sticks and eating. The kid was drinking coffee. Again.

I walked Antonio downstairs to his parents and siblings. His dad laughed and said, " Hahaha there you aree." Then Pepa said, look at you, all grown up." Then a cloud started forming and rain started drizzling and tío waved it away and said "Pepa mi amor your going to get him all wet."

Camilo shapeshifted into his dad and said, " You make your papa proud." With an accent. "I don't sound like that." Camilo mimics what his dad said, "I don't sound like that."

Dolores then says, " Abuela says it's time."
Pepa says, " We'll be waiting at your door." Then tío says, "Ok ok vamo vamo vamo." Camilo mimics him again. Then his dad grabbed him and Camilo said, "Alright I'm done."

Someone started banging on the drums. Abuela started talking, "Fifty years ago in our darkest moment. This Candle blessed us with a miracle and the greatest honor of our family has been to use our blessing to serve our beloved community. Tonight we come together once more as another steps into the light to make us proud."

The drums started playing again and the curtain opened to reveal Antonio. Lights were on him. He looked so nervous. I look over to see abuela and his parents waiting at the door. Casita nudged him to start walking but then he looked at me and stuck out his hand.

I told him I'm a whisper , " I can't." But then he whispered with his adorable face, "I need you." So I walked up to him and connected our hands. People gasped so I started to get nervous but acted strong for Antonio's sake and said, "Come on. Let's get you to your door." I took a deep breath and started walking him to his door.

I started getting flash backs of when I walked this path to my door. We walked up the stairs and when I saw the door I remembered how it started to fade away and how sad I was.then I heard abuela saying, "Will you use your gift to honor our miracle. Will you serve this community and strengthen our home." Antonio nodded his head yes.

He then walked up to his door and hesitated on grabbing the door knob but then he grabbed it and the door started glowing even more. A tucán flew on his arm and it looked like it was talking to him. Antonio gasped and said, "aha aha I understand you." The tucán talked to him more. "Of course they can come." Antonio said then laughed at the end.

The tucán then squawked and all the animals started coming.the door bursted with light then an engraved picture of Antonio and animals around him appeared on the door.

Abuela sighed and smiled and said, "We have a new gift!" We all walked into his new room then a girl yelled, "ITS BIGGER ON THE INSIDE!" A leopard started running towards Antonio and picked him up then it started running around on the big tree in his room with Antonio on his back.
