I hear my family calling my name while I'm on my way across the mountain and as much as I want to go back I just can't. I've ruined everything. They probably hate me, I mean I destroyed our home.
I stayed up all night sitting down near a lake just thinking about what happened. I couldn't help to just cry all night. I then heard my name being called by the last person I thought would come looking for me. "(Y/n)..."
I wiped my tears with my arm to hide that I was crying. I then said with a raspy voice due to me crying all night long, "I'm sorry. I didn't want to hurt us. I just ...wanted to be something... I'm not."
"I've never been able to come back here. This river is where we were given our miracle." "Where abuelo Pedro..." "I thought we would have a different life. I thought I would be a different woman..."

I know it's short but next chapter will probably be the last one cause not much happens next it's crazy I'm basically done with this book anywho on to the next chapter which will hopefully be done later today
