+*Camilos POV*+
I've really been thinking about what Tio Bruno said. I think I'm going to break up with
Maria... but when to do it? I mean with the wedding in a week it might bring my spirits
down. So maybe after? I'm not sure but I have to break up with her sooner or later...
hopefully sooner.
"Uh... hey, Camilo," I heard a familiar voice say from behind me.
"Hey, Y/n!" I say a bit to cheerfully.
"Um... I've missed hanging out with you.." she says in a hopeful tone,
"maybe we
should hangout today. like go into town or something...?"
"Sure!" I say.
+*time skip: after they eat and shop for awhile*+
"Want me to show you my favorite place in the whole world?" Y/n asks.
"Ok," I say. I follow her deep the woods until we reach a small pond with a dock that
looks like it's been built by hand. A memory strikes my mind.... I was about 10 and I
had said something mean to y/n and when she ran away. I followed her. When I said
that I had never seen her cry... I lied.... I had only seen her cry on that day and 3 nights
ago.
"Y-y/n.." I say before I catch myself.
"Hm?"
"What a nice place. who made that dock?" I asked even though I knew the answer.
"My mom..." she said. I swear I know this girl better than anyone. I hug her. I stay in
her warm embrace until the sun goes down and she pulls back, "we should head
back to the casita for dinner." she says.
"Yeah.." I say, still feeling that more should be said. But I keep my mouth shut on the
way back to the casita. I watch as her (your hair color) hair sways in the wind as it
rushes through the trees.
"Beautiful night, huh?" She whispers as if it's not even meant for me.
"Yeah..." I say. Just like you. But that thought stays in my mind.
