jisung unlocked the door and they stepped in
inside, jisungs mom was sitting on the couch with a girl about jisungs age
"hey sung! you're back!" jisungs mom smiled
"..yeah, hey mom" he smiled back
then looked at the girl on the couch
"this is chaeryeong, do you remember her? we were neighbors before we moved here!" jisungs mom said
no, jisung didn't remember. he only remembered playing with felix everyday, and their parents agreed on moving to seoul together
jisung looked at felix
felix shook his head
he didn't remember this chaeryeong girl either
"uh no? even if she was our neighbor, why's she here?" jisung asked
"hey hey sung don't be rude. me and her mom stayed in touch every now and then, and when she realized we were all in seoul, she decided to drop by and say hi!" jisungs mom explained
"...okay? then what does it have to do with me?" jisung asked
jisungs mom frowned
"be nice" felix whispered to jisung
"i have a bad feeling about her" jisung whispered back
"t-thats- that's not a good reason sung"
"i trust my sixth sense"
"whatever gets you to sleep at night"
"i dont sleep"
"fair point"
"hey what're you guys whispering about?" jisungs mom called out
"nothing" the boys said together
"...okay... now boys come and sit, then introduce yourselves"
they sat down
"hi i'm felix! im jisungs best friend" felix smiled
chaeryeong smiled
she looked at jisung
"what? he already said my name"
even though she hated jisungs attitude, she thought he was cute
"im chaeryeong, mrs han already introduced me" she giggled
"jisung sweetie, what's wrong? you're usually really sweet to our guests" jisungs min frowned again
jisung shrugged
jisungs mom sighed
"well, you guys talk. jisung be nice. im gonna go get y'all some drinks and snacks" jisungs mom stood up and walked to the kitchen
chaeryeong scooted over
"how'd you like my acting?" she smiled
"hey it should be my acting you're complimenting" jisung laughed
felix looked at them in confusion
"w-what?" he asked
the two looked at him
"you didn't tell him?" chaeryeong asked jisung
"he didn't believe me"
"i wouldn't believe you either"
"shut up"
"i still don't know what happened"
"oh my god chae he has a crush on me! number 27!" jisung suddenly said
"WHAT?? whoops sorry.. what??!" chaeryeong widened her eyes
"JISUNG!" felix yelled
"o-oh sorry, let's go to my room" jisung said
"mom! we're going to my room!" jisung yelled
"okay!" his mom replied
they hurried up the stairs and went to jisungs room
