Jungkook woke up in an empty room. He felt his head pounding hard as if someone were digging nails into his brain. The area was bare. Pitch-black walls, so dark it looked like you could explore deep into the area, keep going for hours until your feet let you down. 

Light. 

In this room that seemed never-ending, he saw light. He approached this light slowly as if all the time in the world were his. A window adorned with Black and White Curtains. This window showed the scenery of a gloomy and cloudy sky. 

Monochrome.

 No life was shown, only clouds. Jungkook studied this area, studied it for a while before gaining his consciousness, coming back to reality, and realizing where he was. Overwhelmed was the feeling he felt, afraid. 

'Have I died?'

"Wh-what is this place?"

This 'area' didn't look like either heaven or hell. The purgatory, perhaps?

No.

The feeling he felt was so overwhelming he felt like breaking down. He began to panic, tripping on air and falling to his knees, trying to comfort himself by hugging his knees. 

Afraid. 

Afraid was a feeling Jungkook felt his whole life. Whether he's dead right now or not, he wouldn't feel any different if alive. 

Another emotion. 

Confusion. 

So many thoughts on his mind. One simple tear escaped his left eye. Not one second later, pressure. He felt pressure on his upper back, not far beneath the nape of his neck. 

Warmth. 

Jungkook slightly turned his head, catching a shiny white figure from the corner of his eye. Finally, he turned around fully, noticing this shiny white figure being an angel. 

'An angel.' 

This didn't look like an ordinary angel to Jungkook, a small male, pale tone with smooth skin, naturally plump rose lips, a beautiful body with visible collar bones, small boney hands, decent height but still slightly shorter than him, and such beautiful feather wings.   

"W-Who are you?" Jungkook asked, looking up at the angel from the cold floor.

No response.

He stood up this time, asking the angel once again. "You never answered. Who are you?"

Still no response. Instead, he received a small smile from the angel.

'How can someone have such a perfect smile?'

He blinked once, and once his eyes opened, the angel disappeared.

Panic.

Jungkook once again began to panic, he felt comfortable and at ease the moment this angel was in front of him, but now that he disappeared, he began to panic again. He looked in every direction.

 Left, right, spun in circles, but this angel was gone.

The next second, he felt a pair of warm hands wrap around his eyes, shutting them closed to complete darkness, yet he felt at ease. Once he felt the hands being removed from his face, he slowly opened his eyes realizing he wasn't in the room he was in just minutes ago anymore. He was in a dark forest with large trees, nobody around, the sky wasn't any different from the view he got from the window earlier, and it was raining. He felt soaked in water, cold as if he had just jumped into the ocean during a storm at night. The angel appeared once again, walking past Jungkook and into the unknown of the forest, going in deeper through a small path until only a small and faint shadow was visible. Jungkook quickly ran after him trying to catch up. The angel began to run as well, and right when Jungkook was about to catch him, the angel stepped out of the path and ran through the tall trees. Jungkook didn't want to lose him so he ran into the trees as well even though he got injured a few times with the fallen branches and sharp thorns here and there creating cuts, but that didn't stop him from going after the angel. After running for what seemed like hours, feeling his lungs as if they were about to explode, he saw another light. He came to an end of the forest, admiring the beautiful view of the moon above him. He realized that this wasn't really the end of the forest, just a small circle clear of trees, and the rest being the unknown of the forest itself. In the middle of this circle of space, there was a stone, and if you looked closely, it was in the shape of a small throne, big enough to fit a small animal on it. He turned around for a second and once he faced the stone again, there was a beautiful white fox sitting on it. It looked so majestic, and everything felt so unreal to Jungkook, but real at the same time. 

Confusion fled his mind.

He was trying so hard to find out whether this he was in was reality or not. 

He slowly approached the fox, and once he was right in front of him, he started petting its head. And he could've sworn, that he saw something flash, and that flash was from him. The fox shape-shifted into the angel, and Jungkook also turned into some type of mythic creature, almost like and angel, except he was dressed in black instead of white, as if he were an evil ruler of some fairy tale. 

This angel started running, so Jungkook chased after him, his legs beginning to give up once again. 

Numb.

He felt numb, and from once second to another, he hit the floor, hitting his head hard on a rock and instead of staying like that on the forest ground full of dirt and rocks, it was like something so magical that he went right through it and landed in a dark ocean, only light from the moon making his face visible.

Blood. 

A river of blood was all he saw before his vision completely blurred, turning to black.

This was a short chapter since yk, it's the beginning but do expect longer chapters.
