"Y/n?.." Hinata hung his head low while blurting your name, whilst playing with his fingers
"What is it Shoyo?"
"W-would you like to stay over at my house tonight..? I know your mom isn't home a-and I wouldn't want you to g-get lonely.."
"Sure! I would love to! Thank you for offering, I do often get lonely"
"Yay! I have snacks a-and movies we can watch!" He jumped up and down cheering as he held your hand and practically dragged you to his house
"Okay! We're here! Oh, and I'm sorry for my suitcase hitting you earlier.."
"It's alright! It wasn't your fault, I'm okay, really!"
"Are you sure?" He felt your forehead, having to reach his hand up quite far because he is a short boy 🥺
The both of you blushed as you faces were only about two inches apart
"Uhh... Let's go in now! Haha.." he opened the door ushering you in. You hung up your jacket on the coat rack and sat on the couch as he got popcorn and soda.
1:02 AM
"I know it's late but here!" He handed you popcorn and a grape Fanta, as he layed down next to you on the couch, pulling a blanket over the two of you.
"Alright! What do you want to watch? I was thinking of that one show on Disney+... I think it's called 'Wanda Vision'? It looks good"
"Okay! Yeah that sounds good" he turned on the show and pulled you onto his lap. You blushed, while he didn't even realize what he did. It was really dark outside, and the both of you were tired in a mini blanket fort. Did you think this would happen? No, of course not, your crush holding you as he munched on burnt popcorn and flat Fanta, never thought that would happen in a million years.
"Hey Shoyo.."
"Hm? What is it F/n?"
"Do you like anyone"
"WHAT!? I-I UM... Uhhhhhh.... Ummm.. Yeah.. I guess"
"May I ask who?" A wide and bright blush covered his whole face a he buried it in the blankets
"Mmmmm.. *mumble*.."
"What?"
"You..."
The room filled with an awkward silence as he grabbed your waist and pulled you closer. There was deep love and content affection with every heart beat.. Every breath he took just made you fall deeper in love..
"MaRrY mE MiSs.L/n~" he mocked Tanaka senpai as he got down on one knee, and held out a burnt popcorn kernel
"Of CoUrSe HiNaTa~"
He wrapped his arms around your neck and sat in your lap as the both of you burst out laughing, with light tears in the corners of your eyes from laughing so much. He brought up a soft hand to your cheek and wiped away your tear
"F/n.. I love you"
He gave a passionate kiss while pushing you down on the couch
"I love you too Hinata-kun"
He pressed his face into your neck while turning off the tv. Drifting off to sleep, he planted a soft hand on your head and whispered:
"I just want to make sure.."
