Alice and her siblings finally made it back to the base. It took a while, but they made it. A few hours passed since they made it, and they were asleep in their rooms. The kids sent their flowers to Mr. Jenkin, and he was examining them. He took a look at the mysterious flower that Lizzy found. Mr. Jenkin set the flower aside suddenly and snatched up the potion. The potion that infected everyone, yes. He put his goggles on, and dripped a bit of the potion into a container. He set it in a device he made. He then looked at a monitor. The monitor said:
Glucose 82%
[Unreadable] 3%
Other 15%
Mr. Jenkin took the mysterious flower and put it on the same device, removing the potion, and selected different settings. It read:
[Unreadable]
Mr. Jenkin called the other scientists on his radio quickly, and while he waited for them to pick up, he typed things onto his computer, he was in a huge rush. The scientists finally picked up.
"Hello Mr. Jenkin. Have you found any information, or do you need assistance?"
A man on the other line asked.
"I think I've found the last ingredient for the cure."
"Oh my, please bring it to the backup lab, we'll get to work on it right away!"
Mr. Jenkin turned off the radio.
This nightmare is finally going to end.
