Alice endured some painful needles the past 2 days. It was gruesome, but she pushed through it, realizing that there were worse things that could happen to her. Today was one of those things, although she thought of it as a day of rest. No needles, and no being conscious, at least that's what it'd feel like. Alice sat uncomfortably in a chair. The basement was frigid. Mr. Jenkin was getting some chains ready for Alice, she watched carefully. Everything she learnt from previous days could become useful at any moment, it was important to always have your guard up."Are you ready? These chains are going to be a bit heavy and chilly, but from your eyes, you won't be awake for much longer." He asked.
"I'm ready." Alice replied slowly, and shakely.
Remember Alicia. You have to grow up, and be strong.
Mr. Jenkin carefully tied the chains onto Alice' body and secured them to the chair. The room was a dark and sort of smelly place, the lights in the corners were crooked and dim.
"This isn't going to work. These chains are broken, there's cracks." Mr. Jenkin gave a look of stress.
"I should've thought this through. Looks like we're going for plan B." He carefully removed the chains, and stood thinking. Mr. Jenkin then motioned for Alice to follow him. She did. He led her into a room, it had a secure door, as long as nobody opened it.
"This room oughta be more comfy than chains I guess, you're for sure ready?"
"I am." Mr. Jenkin opened the door, it creaked like a door from an abandoned house in a horror movie.
"Eh, good night. This should be over within no time."
"Alright, goodnight sir."
The door shut, the sound was like an anvil. Alice sat down on the moldy concrete. It wasn't long until she was out cold. Here comes the start of a nightmare, be prepared.
