"Are all of the forces Redcon-1?" General Brian said.
"Yes sir. We are ready to begin the purge at your command."
Brian smiled. It had been a month since the Empire State had gained traction in the new world they discovered. Their sleeper agent had successfully assimilated themselves into the world's human society. This allowed them to safely relay information back to the Empire State.
The Empire State was also in other parts of the world such as this world's Europe as well thanks to their portal. This allowed them to gain more members and sleeper agents. As such, they were able to cause heavy political chaos, further adding to tensions in the world.
Lots of technological advancements had been made by this world's nations. Their most notable advancement was probably their "iPhones." But that didn't matter to Brian. He had a perpetual war to start. And how he would start it is to conquer a weak island known as Taiwan.
Brian chose to conquer this area first as the Empire State was the closest to it. Even better was that they are near its capital, Taitung. Though its army of 300,000 may be tough to defeat, they won't be able to survive Omega shells flying towards them.
The plan was to send troops into Taitung using Charon ICBMs during the night. 10:30 PM, to be exact. The Empire State had set up these things all over their island.

Currently, all units are Redcon-1, which means that the Empire State may begin the conquest.
"All units! Operation Scorching Sun begins now."
Soldiers quickly scrambled to the Charons. One by one, the ICBMs launched and flew off into the night sky. However, the ICBMs were modified to not cause a lot of noise. One by one, the ICBMs landed on mountainous terrain, five miles away from Taitung.
"Ugh... That ride sucked..." One soldier said, hating the Charon ride.
"Follow me. I know where Taitung is." The commander of the squad said sternly.
The soldiers were quick and reached Taitung in half an hour.
