Redy barely dodged the attack from the Locust.
The laser was tearing up the forest around him.
He didn't know what kind it was, but it seemed to be a hybrid between a flamer and a laser.
Another blazing orange beam streaked past him, the beam incinerating a tree.
He ran into a wide clearing.
A Cattlemaster was docked in the clearing.
He quickly jumped into the cockpit as the Locust burst into the clearing.
Redy rushed forward, grabbed the Locust, and slammed it into a tree.
It exploded, a beautiful orange color close to that if a sunset.
When he turned around, he was greeted by three more of the same kind of Locust.
On second thought, they weren't quite Locusts, but were definitely related.
They were slower and just as fragile, though.
