Heats: Heats are like a period. It's once a month and only lasts 4-7 days. The omega's are filled with sexual frustration and can only calm down by sexual interaction or resting it away in a nest. A heat can be triggered from an alpha but it's not as strong as a natural heat and it's only until they get can get the sexual release. If an omega has a mate they'll only crave their mate.
Ruts: Unlike heats, ruts only last for a few days. The alpha/Delta become more aggressive and usually have one omega they want to spend with an omega. The rut can be triggered by the intense pheromones of an omega.
Nest: Nests are usually made by Omegas and sometimes Gammas. A nest is something omega's are very territorial of. It's created by a bunch of belongings from a scent they find comforting. Example: Blankets, pillows, clothes, etc that were scented by an alpha. They usually make a nest before they go into heat or when they're stressed, angry, hurt, etc. You have to be very close for them to let you into their nest.
Alphas: Alphas are the highest role in omegaverse. They stand at the top of the food chain. Female omegas are able to reproduce but it's hard to impregnate a female alpha. Although, Female omegas are able to impregnate others. Alphas are very territorial and possessive when it comes to their mate. Alphas have an exceptional sense of smell. They have something called an Alpha voice which is just them using their power to make whoever comply.
Deltas: Deltas are the second-highest role in the omegaverse. They're very possessive and territorial. They can mate with others but unlike alphas, females can not impregnate others. Deltas usually stand by Alphas as their right-hand man.
Betas: Beta's are like normal humans. They take up most of the population coming at about 50% alphas at 20% omegas at 10% gamma's and deltas at 5%. They have more self-control over themselves when it comes to the smell of omega and the smell of an alpha even though they have limits. The male can not get impregnated and the female can not impregnate.
Gammas: Gammas are almost exactly like Betas except gammas have some omega features which include sometimes having a petite and slim body. Sometimes they can have a really omega-like body or face but they're normal just like betas. They have a little less self-control with smells but they have a stronger sense of smell than any of the others
Omegas: Omegas are considered at the bottom of the list. Male omegas are rarer to see than female omegas. They have attractive scents which cause them to get into danger rather often. They have heats and usually have to lock themselves in a room and pray to not get injured by an alpha or delta. Omegas are strongly attached to small things like children and family. They love friendships but they keep everyone at a distance in fear of being taken advantage of. Omegas usually walk in groups to avoid endangerment. They're really sensitive and have a hard time controlling their scents. They usually can't get jobs or anything else because people see them as weak and just the cause of everyone's problem

There's a bit of an age gap but it's nothing too big, but if you don't like it leave. Omegas tend to seek comfort from older alphas when the omega is under the age of 20 because omegas mature before alphas and alpha under the age of 20 usually tend to only want a sexual relationship.
