Chapter Three

Taehyung is a little bit anxious today. He scheduled his appointment with Seokjin at 6pm while his mother is dealing with another client. Jimin and Jungkook are not available today so he asked Namjoon to accompany him. Namjoon is very much willing to help him for the sake of seeing Younha again.

Even though Namjoon is a very smart person, he is a little bit clumsy. All their friends' mishaps are mostly caused by Namjoon even though it isn't intentional. They just treated them as "unlucky coincidences".

So today, Taehyung asked him to "lure" Younha while he is talking to Seokjin. Namjoon screamed and jumped seven times when he told him his plan. And when he asked him why he jumped seven times, Namjoon just answered, "Lucky seven!"

Regarding Tarot cards, Taehyung is more confident today than their previous encounter. He read more books and he excluded the complicated-to-read cards just in case Seokjin picked them. His effort deserves an award. He would do anything just to be with Seokjin.

At exactly 6pm, Taehyung is already waiting at the door. He doesn't want Seokjin to press the doorbell because Younha might be aware of his presence.

"Come in." Taehyung said and guided Seokjin inside.

There is something in the air that Taehyung can't explain. He felt overwhelmed with Seokjin's presence. His powerful aura leaves him in daze. Making his way over to the table, Seokjin cautiously approached him. He seemed to be affected with Taehyung's energy too. Taehyung didn't know if he is excited or a bit skittish.

Seokjin took the seat in front of him and just like yesterday, Taehyung lit up the candle and he can feel that Seokjin is staring at him.

"Is there something bothering you Mr. Kim?" Taehyung tried his best to change his voice so that Seokjin couldn't recognize him.

"Ah nothing." Seokjin shook his head and averted his eyes.

'Is it your first time to see a gloved hand?" Taehyung chuckled

"No. I'm just wondering if you could still shuffle your cards if you are wearing silk gloves."

"My cards and I are one. You don't need to worry." Taehyung smiled and shuffled the cards.

"What do you want to know today?" Taehyung asked Seokjin

"You know what. I met someone yesterday. And some of your predictions points to him. I mean, he is a Capricorn that loves the color purple. Would you believe that?" Seokjin's eyes are sparkling.

"I guess the odds are in your favor. What do you need now? You can ask the cards." Taehyung smiled and he tried so hard not to scream. His heart is beating faster because of excitement.

"I want to ask him on a date and maybe the cards have something to say about him."

"Good for you. Well, pick three cards again and we'll see how it goes." Taehyung lays the deck of cards in front of Jin.

Seokjin selected three cards and placed at the center of the table. Taehyung flipped the card and he saw a card with a knight riding in a white horse.

"Knight of Swords. A strong independent man may come into your life soon. Maybe this is the guy that you met yesterday. Bring him to an amusement park. He will love it." Taehyung said and he didn't let Seokjin say any words. He overturned the second card. It was a card with a woman in a robe holding a lion.

"The Strength. This represents your ability to accept him as he is, and most important is to practice patience, Find ways to open your heart to him and spend your time doing the things you love. You can invite him to watch a movie together that includes a lion." Taehyung said and before Seokjin can react, he flipped the final card and he was amazed with what he saw.
