Even though the boy cried, it did not stop the project, that was lead by Admiral Foster D. Nimitz. He was the master of this project. the project was called, "Siren Eliminator: Emperor-Class Siren" . The project was supposed to enhance the credibility of a normal human that could surpass a Siren in any sort of thing, such as durability, regeneration, speed and etc. They got themselves, a Black mental Cube and a gold Enhancer cube
