I turned to see a fluffy puppy.
A golden retriever to be exact.
Harry-" Oh, and this is Max. He's a rescue that I adopted while I was in Chicago. "
I sat on the floor and Max sprinted towards me.
Harry-" He seems to have taking a liking to you. "
He was so soft and energetic. Harry sat on the floor next to me playing with Max.
I heard my phone ring in the other room. I got up and went to get it. My mother was calling. My mom never calls me but I answered it anyways.
Sarah-" Hello?"
Mom-" Hey Sarah, it's mom. I tried calling you're home number but neither you or Leah picked up. "
Sarah-" Mom I have to tell you something. "
I told her about my whole adventure with Harry and the boys.
Mom-" You ran off with some boy band that you had only known for a week and didn't tell me? You could have been murdered! What were you thinking? "
Sarah-" I'm eighteen. I'm an adult. I can take care of myself. "
Mom-" You're still my daughter. I couldn't live with myself knowing you died because of a dumb choice you made. "
Harry walked in and was hearing the whole conversation I was having with my mom.
Sarah-" I'm sorry but I can't leave him. You can't say anything to change my mind. "
Harry came over and stood by me.
Harry-" Let me fly your mum out here. I'll show her how much I love you. "
Sarah-" Let me call you back mom. "
I ended the phone call.
Sarah-" You'd do that? Just to prove how much you love me?"
Harry-" Of course I'll fly both your mum and your dad out here. Call her back and tell her we're flying them out here. "
I called my mom back.
Mom-" Hello?"
Sarah-" Harry is going to fly you and dad out here so that he can meet you guys. "
Mom-" Your dad and I can't just drop everything to come spend a couple of days in London. We have jobs. "
Sarah-" Please? Can't you just take some time off?"
Mom-" It would make me more comfortable meeting Harry...I guess. "
Sarah-" I can't wait for you to meet him. "
I smiled at Harry.
Sarah-" He's amazing. "
I gave her all of the details for the flight.
Mom-" I love you. "
Sarah-" I love you too mom. I'll see you in two days. "
The phone call ended.
Sarah-" Thank you Harry. I'm so glad you're mine. "
Harry-" You are welcome. I can't wait to meet your parents."
I haven't seen my parents since I had moved to LA and to be honest I'm really anxious to see them.
I could hear Max running down the hallway.
Harry-" Would you mind taking Max on a walk for me? I'm going to go lie down, my head is killing me. "
Sarah-" Sure. I'll pick up some Tylenol on my way back. "
