I whispered to Leah.
Sarah-" What the hell is he doing here?"
Harry solemnly walked in not making eye contact with either of us and went straight to his bedroom, slamming the door behind him.
Both Leah and I's eyes widened and my stomach churned. I knew something was really wrong.
Sarah-" Stay here. Let me go find out what's up with him. "
I slowly climbed the staircase reaching the door. I quietly pushed the door open and creeped inside. There Harry sat on the side of the bed bent over with his hands over his face. He saw that I had walked in and didn't bother to lift his head. I walked over to him and started to rub his back. He removed my hand and looked up.
Harry-" Don't touch me."
Sarah-" What's wrong?"
Harry-" I was just a part in your game wasn't I? Along with your lover Liam?"
He must have heard our conversation but I could have swore that he left. I stood there in silence, his eyes felt like they were staring into my soul. He abruptly got up and walked past me.
Harry-" I shouldn't have trusted you! I'm such an idiot! I heard you talking behind the door. "
I walked up to him as he stared out the window and touched his shoulder. Waterfalls of tears ran down my cheeks as I approached him.
Sarah-" I love you, Harry. You and only you. "
Harry-" Save it! I'm done! Get the hell out! Both you and Leah get out!"
I understood. In fact I'd probably be the same way. He went into the bathroom and got into the shower.
I went down the stairs and told Leah that we needed to leave. She went and gathered her clothes while I gathered mine.
The crisp winter air filled atmosphere. I called a taxi to come pick us up. I felt horrible for what I did. I've just lost the love of my life and I don't even know where I'm going. I decided to call Liam. Maybe he'd pick up?
Liam-" Hello?"
Sarah-" Hey Liam. I need to talk to you. Can I come over? "
Liam-" I guess. "
The conversation was very short and awkward.
Sarah-" Um..okay. I'll see you in five minutes. "
We pulled up outside Liam's house. I paid the taxi driver and walked up to the front door with our suitcases. My finger pressed the door bell and within seconds the door opened.
Liam-" Hey. What's wrong?"
I had forgotten that my makeup was still smeared from earlier.
Liam-" Both of you come inside. It's at least twenty degrees out here. "
We both stepped into the warmth of the house, rolling our suitcases into the living room. Liam brought in three cups of tea and passed them out as we all sat on the couch.
Liam-" Well it's nice to see you, Leah. What are you ladies doing here? "
Sarah-" I thought you guys were having brunch so I was talking to Leah about umm...you and Harry. "
I started to cry again, even if it was all of my fault.
Sarah-" He overheard me talking about you and flipped out. "
Leah sat there taking it all in. It had only been two hours and she had already had enough drama for a whole month.
Liam held me in his strong warm arms.
