Returns on Investment (Andrew's POV)

After I run off, I chase SuA and stop her.

Me: SuA, please. Let's just go back home.
SuA: Why would he do this? And how can I ever forgive him?
Me: I know.
SuA: How do you keep forgiving any of us?
Me: Because forgiveness frees me of resentment. However, it does affect me really bad. I'm very susceptible to heartbreak.
SuA: Yeah, I've noticed.

She laughs slightly through her tears.

Me: Well, just know that I'm here for you, and I understand all too well how you feel.
SuA: I know you do, and I'm grateful for you. Eunbin, Rose, and Yoohyeon are all very fortunate. Let's just hope Eunbin doesn't hurt or betray you. If that were to happen, I would actually be afraid of losing you to the void.

Me: Yeah, no kidding. Well, hopefully it doesn't come to that.
SuA: Yeah.

Me: Alright, let's go home.

She nods, and we head back. As we walk into my apartment, everyone jumps up. I wave my hand at them, signalling them to sit back down. We walk over and sit down as well.

SuA: He left. He tried to get me to leave with him, but I'm not leaving my family because of his petty crap.

Siyeon walks over and holds SuA, and I walk over to where she was sitting, right next to Jiu, who whispers to me.

Jiu: So what now?
Me: I don't know.
Jiu: We need to get ready for the ultimate fight.
Me: I know, but I don't know how we can win. I'm terrified.
Jiu: You're terrified?! But you always seem so confident, cool, and collected.
Me: I act that way to give y'all courage, but inside, I'm screaming in terror. I'm on the edge of breaking, and I am mortified of what could happen if I do break.

Jiu: Well, you have us. Never forget that.
Me: I'll try not to.

She nods and addresses Eunbin.

Jiu: Eunbin, please escort Andrew back to his room and comfort him. He's going through a lot right now.
Eunbin: Alright. Come on, Andrew.

She leads me to my bed, and we lay down under the sheets. She pulls me close, and we wrap our arms around each other.

Me: Thank you. I needed this.
Eunbin: Of course. I'm glad I can help.

*Time Skip*

I jolt awake, surprising Eunbin.

Eunbin: Andrew? What's wrong?

I look at her rubbing the sleep from her eyes. It's so cute. The doorbell rings, and I get up to answer it. However, as I reach the living room, I see someone kneeling towards everyone. I stomp over to him, grab him by his collar, and slam him down on his back. Putting my knee on his chest, I growl at him.

Me: What are you doing here, Alex?!
Alex: Bro, I came to... ow!... apologize!

Me: Apologize for what?
Alex: For leaving. I thought about what you said and realized that I was truly being selfish. I'm sorry! And I'm sorry to SuA for trying to get her to leave her family for my selfishness and stupidity. Now please get OFF of me! This hurts!

I pull him up roughly.

Me: Alex, how do I know?

Alex: Come on, bro, you know I don't ever apologize to you unless I genuinely know I messed up royally.
Me: You right. However, here's a warning: if you pull this crap again, you're gone for good. Got it?
Alex: Even if SuA goes with me?
Me: Alex-!
Alex: I'm kidding! I got it!
Me: Do NOT forget!

I heal his injuries and pain.

Alex: Thanks.
Me: Of course. However, there's someone else here that you still need to convince.

He looks over at SuA, and I can see legit fear on his face. Hmm, maybe he learned his lesson after all.

Alex: S-SuA...

Without a word, she walks over and hugs him.

SuA: I'm only forgiving you because of Andrew. Do NOT make me regret it!

Everyone laughs.

Me: Well, now that's settled, how about-?

The doorbell rings again, and I look towards the door. Motioning for everyone to get down, I answer it.

Me: Oh, you've GOT be joking!!
