Me: What the hell are you doing here, Dami?!
Dami: Well, you said to come back when I realized how badly I screwed up.
Me: I didn't exactly say it like that, but I remember the fight.
Dami: I know. I was an ass, and I'm sorry. I came to realize that my crush on you was a silly girl's fantasy.
Me: I don't know, Dami, I'm pretty irresistible.Everyone laughs, and even Dami smiles slightly.
Jiu: Come on, Dami, I'm in love with myself, and he's not even my type, but even I know he's freaking hot!
Laughter erupts again, and this time from dami too. I look at Jiu, and out of the corner of my eye, I see a very odd sight.
Me: Handong, you alright over there?
Everyone looks at her.
Dami: No way!
Me: What?
My eyes go wide.
Me: No! There's no way!
Kelleena: Wow, the clueless Andrew figures it out on his own.More laughter.
Me: Oh, haha.
Kelleena: Oh, come on, you know I'm right.I wave her snide remark away amidst all the snickering.
Me: Handong, how long have you felt that way?
Handong: Um... a-a while...Me: And when were you planning to tell her?
Gasps erupt from everyone, causing me to laugh.
Me: What, you thought she was into me?! Ha! I'm not even her type.
Kelleena: Then who-?!I stare at her, smirking.
Kelleena: Why are you smirking at me?!
Me: Come on, you can't tell? Now who's the clueless one?
Kelleena: What? No! Me?!She glances at Handong, and her eyes are flicking back and forth between Kelleena and Jiu.
Kelleena: Me and Jiu?! W-wait... w-what?!
Everyone laughs at Kelleena and Jiu's stunned faces. Their jaws are on the floor.
Kelleena: Holy crap!
Me: Mm-hmm.
Kelleena: Oh, Handong, I'm flattered, truly. However, you should know that I'm married.
Handong: I wondered about that.
Kelleena: Yeah. I mean, you're hot and all, but I'm committed.Handong blushed profusely at the compliment, causing everyone to erupt in laughter yet again.
Me: Now that's out of the way, Dami, welcome back. Just stop hitting me. Next time, I might actually hit back.
Dami: Okay.
Me: Good.I waver her inside and close and lock the door. As I turn around, however, I see an odd look in Eunbin's eyes.
Me: Siyeon, can I speak to you please? Everyone else, stay here.
Eunbin: But-Me: I said everyone else stay here. Kelleena, watch over everything, and call me if anything happens.
Kelleena: Okay, Andrew.
Eunbin eyes me skeptically as I lead Siyeon back to my room. As I close and lock the door, I wave my hand.
Me: There. No one can listen in now.
Siyeon: Andrew, what's going on?
Me: Two things. First, I think we might need to find that guy from the beach.
Siyeon: What? Why?Me: Just a feeling I have. And speaking of gut feelings, that leads me to the second thing I need to talk to you about. Also, this is the reason I put up a barrier, preventing anyone from hearing our conversation.
Siyeon: Okaaaayyy...
Me: I think your skepticism was towards the wrong person.
Siyeon: What do you mean?Me: You were skeptical about Rose, but someone else deserves your skepticism. But you need to not make it obvious.
Siyeon: Who?
Me: Eun-I whip my head towards the bedroom door.
Siyeon: What?!
Me: Someone is trying to enter the library. Let's go, but be on your guard.
Siyeon: Okay.I lift the barrier, and we burst into the library. Leading Siyeon quietly to the back, I see someone sitting there with a book in her hand. And this isn't just any book.
Me: Eunbin. I wondered.
Eunbin: Good of you two to join me.Me: Eunbin, why?
Eunbin: What, you don't know?
Me: The legend that you told me. It was fake.
Eunbin: Not entirely. Most of it was true, but I twisted it a bit to get you to trust me. I didn't expect you to figure it out so quickly though. But this is good. I guess my employer knows more than he lets on.
Me: Your employer?! And who would that be?
Eunbin: Oh, Andrew, you know that names have power.Me: I'm well aware of this fact.
Eunbin: And my employer already knows your name.
Me: Well, obviously.
Eunbin: Wow, you really are clueless and naive. I don't mean your regular name. I mean your Na-Me.
Me: My Na-Me? There's no way he could know that information!
Eunbin: Ha! He knows this whole group's Na-Me's.
Me: Then why doesn't he show himself?
Eunbin: That's not my information to tell. And you won't be able to pry it out of me.Eunbin tilts her ear.
Eunbin: Well, Andrew and Siyeon, it's been nice knowing y'all. However, it's time for me to get back to my employer. Bye.
She starts to disappear, but it takes her a moment to get past my barrier. As she's fighting my barrier, I whisper a number. The book then flies out of her hand and into mine as she breaks through the barrier and disappears. Her scream of frustration, with a twinge of fear, disappears with her.
