Chapter 1:
"Y/N! We don't have the whole day, will you please hurry up!" Claudia grinned. "Come on! We've only been wandering for two and half hours..."
"Only..." you muttered "Only..."
"We'll never arrive" José panted "Why are we even here? Where are we even going? Santo Dios!"
"Don't be ridiculous" your sister grinned "Papá says it's worth it"
José shook his head, choosing to sit down, as you followed him without hesitation "Yeah, I kindly disagree"
"Brother, stop influencing Y/N like that" Claudia shook her head "We've traveled so far, it'll just take a little while more, come on!"
"No"
Your parents had sent you all the way from Argentina to Colombia, since, apparently, your mom's hometown was having some kind of celebration you had to oh-so-importantly attend to. Walking. And instead of your parents going with you, they'd chosen to send their three kids alone, and join them in a few weeks.
"Just tell them you're my kids, and you'll be greeted as warmly as possible" your mother had grinned "Ever since I moved here for your father, I haven't visited... you know, maybe we should go with you... we'll join you in a while"
"We're literally on the highest mountain of the whole wide world, why not just, you know, chill out for a bit." José said "Come on, Clau"
"Pff" Claudia laughed. "You're all lazy. Just do what your older sister says, will you?"
"No" you finally spoke up "We'd rather die"
"Look at it this way; I'm twenty, while you two are fifteen. I'm off age, I'm an adult. You're kids, obey so we just arrive and we have this past us." She muttered.
"Yeah, José stop being lazy!" you recomposed yourself, as a random wave of motivation hit you "Come on, we've almost arrived!"
"Claro, since you're not carrying any luggage..." your brother huffed.
"Come on!" You just said, running up, as you managed get to Claudia. She had always been more resistant than you, having done multiple sports since a young age. Not only that, but also her smartness, strength and beauty had your parents completely busy with her. Luckily for you, being the youngest, and also the fact that José was often too... careless, you got at least some attention in your home, while José often didn't even exist.
"Let me help you, José" Claudia walking back, as you ran forward "Come on"
"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!!!" you interrupted, fixing your skirt/pants "Look!"
It took a few minutes though, until your siblings caught up with you, just to look surprised as well. While Claudia gasped at the beautiful scenery, Jose's jaw simply dropped: "I walked all that, for this!?"
In front of you laid a colourful looking town, full of people, who didn't look too different from your hometown, causing you to feel more relieved. A house clearly larger than the rest stood up at one end of the town. It was quite curious, since the whole place was completely surrounded by tall mountains and trees.
