Chapter 10

Katie's pov:

I get to the great hall, there are already a few kids there

I sit in an empty seat in the slytherin table and read my book

I get the feeling someone is staring at me, I look up and see Harry, we make eye contact for a few seconds and he looks away

What's wrong with him? Did I do something wrong?
I close my book, put it down, get up and walk up to him

"Hey Harry could I talk to you?" I ask

"Uh, s-sure, what's up?" He stammers

"Did I do something wrong back when we were talking in my dorm?" I asked

"No, um, I don't know how to say this, it's not your fault you've done nothing wrong it's just that, I- I- when I'm with you it's just, ugh, it's really nothing"
He says

I can tell it's hard for him to get words out and I'm confused, what's wrong with him?

"Oh, spit it out already" I say almost shouting but luckily no one seemed to notice

"It's nothing honestly" he responds

"You sure? Or are you just trying to blow me off?" I ask

"It's nothing I telling you the truth ok" he says

I sigh

" okay, if you say so, but Harry"

"Yes?"

"You know you can tell me anything right? We may not be that close but I'm still trust worthy" I say

"Well I'll have to see it to believe it" he says

"What the hell does that mean?" I snapped

"Well, your a slytherin so..." he mutters

"Excuse me?! What does that have to do with anything, it's just a freaking house name in a school, god, I guess people are right when they say gryffindors are so cocky and uptight because they're in the 'best house'" I shouted and still no one noticed

" Katie I- " Harry begins

"Don't talk to be 'chosen' one I'm not trustworthy enough to be in your presence" I snapped at him

I turn around and storm off. As I'm a few feet away I turn back to see him still staring at me in shock and I say

"And to think I actually fancied you!" I say

And this shocks him even more then he was already.

Maybe I was a little too rude but still, I am sensitive and I have a little anger issues.

I walk to the slytherin table and see Draco looking at me with a smirk I also see Blaise sitting next to him; he is in shock.

I sit next to Blaise

"That was-" Blaise starts

"Don't, I don't want to talk about it" I say

"Dang girl you told him" I turn to see Pansy who took the seat across from me and next to Draco

"It's about time some one told him off" Draco remarks

"Does it look like I want to talk to you? Shove off malfoy" I say to him

" I am not going anywhere" Draco says

Ugh he's so annoying I just want to punch him

"So you like werewolves ay?" Draco says
