"Can you tell me exactly what happened?" We pull out of the building's driveway where our cars were at, letting Sapnap go ahead before continuing to Dream's flat. The car ride with the three of us was almost silent, the only sound being Nick making a few quick phone calls.

"I was sitting at the booth, making sure to stay awake and aware. I didn't want anyone to see me slipping and try something." I give him a quick side glance and see his eyes narrow and his knuckles go white one the steering wheel. Facing back to the road, I continue.

"When I glance more towards the direction of the exit, Schlatt's face comes into view." My voice grows shaking and uneven. "H-he was walking straight towards me and t-that's when... when it was no longer a struggle to stay awake." I look to the blond in the driver's seat.

"Your adrenaline kicked in." Clay clarifies, his teeth gritting together.

"Yeah, I guess." My voice is small now and I put my head down, hands in my lap. I pick my head up again when I feel Dream's hand on my thigh squeezing lightly and then rubbing his thumb in circles.

He urges me to continue with a head nod and another breef squeeze, so I do. "I got up on the table to try and find you guys and I did, but before I could get off the table," my brows knit together and my voice lowers even further, "Schlatt grabbed my legs and pulled them out from under me." I hear him take a deep breath in and exhale slowly from next to me.

I let out a light, airy laugh and Clay looks at me with clear confusion, but a light smile forming. "But I did kick him in the face pretty hard." We both laugh and some of the tension is released.

"Thank god for that." The car's interior is filled with quick giggles again.

"I don't think he was expecting it," my smile falls and voice lowers, slowing, "so I was able to run." Dream looks at me with a sympathetic smile and his shoulders fall. Dream removes his hand and I slump from the disconnection. Before I know what he's doing, Clay puts his blinker on and pulls over.

"Dream?" He stays silent, looking ahead, seemingly thinking. The only sign of acknowledgement is the return of his grip on my thigh. Once the car is in park on the side of the dead road, he turns to me.

"George, c'mere." He softly requests, reaching over with his left hand, pulling me by my right. I minuever over the center console and onto his lap. My thighs on either side of his, he places his hands on my lower back and pulls me closer.

Once I am at his desired distance, which isn't much, he places a soft, sweet, honey-soaked kiss on my lips. No tongue, no intentions, no lust. The kiss feels like a promise. After a long moment, Clay pulls away, neither of us break eye contact. The bubble of silence we sit in will soon be broken with the reason he has pulled over.

"Clay, why did you pull over?" I ask softly.

"Look and listen to me, George." Eyes insistent and stern. I only nod, giving him my full attention, preparing for the significance of his next words. "I am not going to let anything happen to you. Do you understand me?" I nod again. "Schlatt is not gonna do shit, okay?"

"Okay." I begin to look away, my jaw is quickly moved back into place by soft fingertips.

"If you ever feel nervous, or scared, or like you are being watched, even if you are just alone, call me." Clay's eyes never wander, nor does his voice hesitate or shake. His emerald eyes stay piercing into mine, forcing my belief of his promise.

"I will, I promise. You don't have to worry about me. I'm with you almost all the time lately anyways." I give a small smile and a quick kiss on the cheek. This makes him smile a bit and a small blush appears across his face, then quickly dissipates.

Silently, large hands move up my back and urge me forward. I am pulled into a hug and even closer. My hands and arms fall behind his neck to return the soft, meaningful gesture.

I am reminded of a simpler time with his arms wrapped around me. The comfort we gave each other with long, firm hugs during my sophomore year of college started it all. Stress was relieved and the beginning of faint sparks between the two of us were felt. Dream was a big part of self discovery for me and I like to think I was the same for him.

"Dream." He hums in acknowledgment. "Should we get back on the road?" I pull away to look into green as I finish my sentence.

He offers a small smile and nods. I begin to return to the passenger seat, but am pulled back down. I tilt my head in confusion. "Just stay." He tells me, "I can still drive. We don't have much further anyways."

"Are you sure?" I giggle. He nods again, urging my head back to his chest with his hand. I scoot as close as possible, making sure to give him plenty of room to steer. I bury my head into his neck so that he can still see. situating myself into a comfortable position, I move my hips around slightly to get settled.

I feel a grip on my hips, then I feel it. "Quite moving or I'm not going to be able to drive." He demands through gritted teeth, causing me to laugh. I move my hips around again.

"Is there a problem,Clay?" His grip tightens, holting my movements.

"There will be if you don't stop taunting me." Green eyes shoot daggers into my skin. I return my head to his neck and stop moving my hips, for now. Clay knows that by now I'm sober, which is both nerve wracking and exciting at the same time.

I hear the clicking of the blinker and feel the vehicle begin to move. I can still feel him slightly against my leg, taking that as an indicator to continue teasing the taller. I sit my lips on his soft skin, sucking, licking and kissing until light hickies form. Clay lets out a small groan when I find his sweet spot.

I grin against his skin as I focus on one spot, giving the sensitive area love bites. His stiffness becomes more apparent pressing now against my ass. Like a reflex, I grind down against his dick, letting out a whimper, feeling myself press against him.

Large fingers run through my hair, and my head is jerked back with force, bringing my eyes to meet Clay's. "George, I am going to ruin you when we get home if you don't stop." A deep voice insists, emeralds glaring at me. My only response is a soft whine and pleading eyes. I want him now, so badly. I want him to take me right here right now, but I can be patient. I can wait until we get home.
