There was a knock on manan's room in the morning when they were getting ready.
"Come in"
Manik said looking in the mirror while setting his turban.
"Yuvraj ki jay ho!!"
The dasi said bowing and continued.
" Maharani ne aapko air Yuvrani ko jaldi neeche bulaya hai"
"Hmm"
Humming to her manik dismissed her and she left closing the door behind.
"Chale?"
Manik asked nandini who was sitting in front of the dressing table wearing her jewelry.
"Hmm"
She hummed and got up to walk when she leg stuck in the carpet and she was about to fall flat on her stomach.
"Nandiniiii"
Manik roared and caught hold of her at the right time.
"Can't you be careful? Common for god sake nandini you are pregnant and I can't afford to loose either of you.Grow up....I have warned you several times but you just do-"
He was yelling non-stop but when he looked at her face he immediately regretted. Her eyes welled up all ready to spill salt water. Little did he know he has to go through a lot now since Hakim sahiba had already warned him to be more lenient and soft with nandini than he already was since she is pregnant but it just slipped his mind when he saw her almost falling.
"Look nandini I'm so-"
"Don't talk to me"
she yelled and went away from him sitting on the bed sniffing and sobbing.
He looked at her all confused and followed her like a puppy and sat in front of her kneeling there.
"Areee Nandini I am sorry , I accept I'm at fault and I shouldn't have yelled at you that way bu-"
" Then why did you yell? Who gave you the permission to yell on me? Ha??? And if this is so and I too have a lottttt to yell you about but did I? Did I?"
Cutting him in between she asked loudly. And this was the first time manin was seeing this new nandini.
"N-No...I mean Nahi but if you want you can yell at me, shout at me, scold me, bear me as much as you can but please stop crying"
He said softly wiping her tears..
"No I can't"
she said annoyed!!
"Why"
He asked
She smiled sheepishly before answering.
"Because!!!"
She whispered leaning to him
"Because..?"
He too wisperd
"Because I love you"
She said and giggled and he smiled blushing.
"And I love you too meri jaan..ab chale neeche?"
He asked getting up..
"No...."
She yelled again ..
