INTO THE UNKNOWN

"This day hasn't been going my way, first I woke up to the annoying sound of my alarm clock then second I walk into to the bathroom entered the shower tub only to find out the shower was turned to freezing level." I explained to my mom as I picked another spoon of my cereal into my mouth. "Ari don't forget to lock the house , don't want the police wandering again do we?" My mother clicks her tongue in a distasetful manner as she picks up her car keys then exiting the house not forgetting to give me a kiss on my cheeks, which I quickly used my hoodie sleeves to wipe the spot.
I quickly got up from the kitchen counter stool walking to the kitchen sink then placing my plates inside. I picked up the sponge ready to wash the plates that where on the sink, only to hear a notification bell from my phone. I quickly dropped the sponge in a hurry then picking my phone to find a message from one of my best friends.

"Come to grand flaw mall "

The note said, I placed my phone to the kitchen counter then I skipped  up the stairs to my room to get ready.

I walked out in the walkway not bothering to look at any one this was another ordinary morning with people walking to their jobs with a sad face, sad to leave the comfort to their beds, I hear people say that they shouldn't be Monday , then I guess if there wasn't Monday then Tuesday is gonna be like this, there no escaping it.

"Hey watch where you going" An unfamiliar voice booms as I accidentally bumped him. "Sorry I didn't mean that," I say in a hurry but the person walked away. "Another one of those groggy person on a cold Monday morning " I mumbled as I dug my fingers inside my hoodie pockets.

I pushed the big gates of the mall open at the same time making sure the coffee in my hands don't pour. On my way to the mall I decided to get me some warm hot chocolate to start my day. "Nothing like a good hot chocolate to start your day " I sigh as I slurped some more chocolate. I picked up my phone putting my ridiculous password.

My Counsience say's as I tapped my best friends number.

"Sup,gurl " I say has I wait for Lisa to answer.

"Where are you? " She blurts out

"At the mall?!?" I answer

"Mk, come over dark helins " She says cutting the call.

I Lasyly climbed the stairs, the mall escalator wasn't working , because some kids had an idea of making a tiktok video on the elevator, then they accidentally threw their phone case to where the escalator movyey thing was, I don't really know the name but like I was saying, they threw it to where it was damaging the escalator in the process. "Darn you kids " I mummbled as I breathlessly climbed the stairs.  After walking for what felt like hours which actually ended up being 5 minutes, I found Lisa standing outside waving at me like a mad person. "You litterly passed me  two times without seeing me " Lisa blurts out as she linked my hands to hers as she excitedly pushed me inside the shop. "Come to think of it, where's my hot chocolate? " I wondered as I followed Lisa, "walk fast!? " Lisa complained as she hopped like a child who got a birthday gift and was really excited to open it "I am walking fast" I protested and increased my level of  speed. *pang*I accidentally bumped into the wall, my phone flipping out the wall, I quickly unlinked my hands from the shocked Lisa then Hurrying  to catch my phone also silently praying. "Not-" I say as I watch my phone landed on someone's shoe after another kicked it.The person kicked the phone unknown to the person, I quickly ran after it my eyes never leaving the phone. "Oww"I groan in pain as I felt hot liquid slide down my yellow hoodie .

My conscience says as I touched the shirt in dis comfort trying to avoid it sticking to my skin. " Am really sorry, areYou ok "A voice rambled on and on. I. Stood there totally shock and yet disappointed.

My conscience called out yet again. " I think the first thing  I need to do is go to the restroom"I say as I quick walk to the female restroom. "I am really sorry" The voice says as the person stood at the entrance of the restroom.

Come to think of it I didn't really see the persons geneder.

I took a handful of tissues dabbing it into the hoodie chest area. I quickly finished up when I remembered that I had left Lisa shocked, I got a lot of explaining to do.

I groaned as I saw the long stairs that stood there. I groaned in frustration as I prepared myself for the climbing.

After some few groan, tiredness, I finally reached the top of the stairs. "They seriously need to Change this stairs" I huffed as I gasped for air. As I arrived at the shop, I was meant with an angry looking Lisa "Explain!!!" She whispered scream as she glared at me. "Well-
