When I pinch myself I'll wake up. I will be laying in my nice comfy bed none of this would be real.
I pinched myself and I felt it. That's when I started to panic.
I tried to take long deep breaths. But it ended up short quick gasps. I was hyperventilating. The room felt like it was getting smaller. I was pinching and pinching myself trying to wake up.
Alpha Alex noticed my state and instantly came to my side. He took my hands in his and said nice and soothingly "Deep breaths." My body relaxed and I stopped wheezing.
I looked down at my lap avoiding his strong gaze. "When are we leaving?" I asked. I heard him gulp. "Tomorrow." He said.
I stood up extremely fast causing the chair to fly into the door of his office. "What!?!" I yelled furiously. "Hope, calm down." "Calm down!" I knew my eyes were pitch black. I felt my wolf scratching at the surface of my skin. "Why do I have to go train the fucking assholes who ruined my life!" I yelled at him. "And of all times it has to be my birthday. Well what if I refuse to go and train the bitches who made my life a living hell." "You can't. And you know why you can't." he said. I dropped to my knees on the floor. My hair fell into my face. I let out a brutal sob. Alex was at my side in seconds rubbing my back trying to soothe me. But nothing could make me feel better. NOTHING.
