DISCLAIMER- I haven't fully shifted yet but have gotten very close

anyway hi, this is my method it's sort of a mix between the raven and the no sleep method (not sure of the actual name of it) im not sure of it's been done before??  i use it as an awake and an asleep method. you can use music/subliminals to help you with visualising you dr or just shifting in general if you want.

anyway this is it-
1) lay/sit in any comfortable position
2) close you're eyes
3) count from 1 to 100 and between every number say 'I am' - your mind may wonder but try and stay focused
4.1) if using as an asleep method do this until you get to 100 and try to fall asleep (while falling asleep continue using affirmations )
4.2) if using as an awake method you can keep counting and using affirmations until it feels like you have shifted fully
