"Akina." A lion called as he searched around the burnt landscape. The air filled with Ashland sparks. A kingdom fallen by the hands of savages, Zubery was one of said savages. In search of the only re left that didn't serve his will." Akina honey, come on out. I'm not going to hurt you." Zubery said as continued to search every crevice of the pride grounds.

Akina was still in her den. Prepared to leave without looking back. All she needed now was to grab her cubs and leave. Walking up to her three newborns, she grabbed them by the back of there neck and sprinted out of her cave. Unfortunately she didn't leave soon enough." Akina! There you are! Where do you think you're going?" Zubery said, stopping Akina in her tracks." What? Don't you want to see my face? Turn around." Zubery ordered.

Dispite her own wishes, she didn't really have a choice. Turning around to face the half faced lion." Wow, leaving with our daughters? And you didn't even ask me? Shameful." Zubery stated with an almost childish tone. Akina didn't say a word." Well it was fun looking for you,but-" he said as walked towards the lioness." I think you should just stay here." Zubery said as he continued to approach Akina. Akina slowly walked back. Trying her best to avoid the pale tan male. His eye still as gold as they were when she first met him.

Feeling the hot ash below her feet ,she thought of something." You know you can't run forever. My rogues will always find you and those little brats you got there." Zubery threatened, trying his best to get in her head.
Akina stayed silent, grabbing the hot ash she waits for the right moment.
"You know what, I never really cared about you. You can leave if you want on one condition. You hand them over, my daughters if it wasn't obvious." He offered.

Akina stood thought for a moment." What do you take me for,a coward? You'll never lay your paws on them." She said softly before throwing the ash into his one good eye. As Zubery growled in pain. Taking the Chance she runs off.* Get her!" Zubery yelled. Soon a band of rogue lions. As if on queue began to pursue her. Sprinting through the open fields of a once great kingdom, all she could feel was apathy. All there is to see now are bright orange skies and trees washed in fire. Continuing the sprint in an open hill filled landscape the sound of the rogues behind drawing nearer and nearer she looked to hills to more rogues coming dawn to attack her.

The only safe way was a river the place not guarded. Running up to it she is quickly tackled by one of the rogues. The shear speed of tackle sending her cubs flying into the river. Luckily they land on a large piece of drift wood. The eldest of her daughters old enough to try and help her younger siblings." Mama! Mama!" The cub yelled as she could only watch her mother be brutally murdered. With her two sisters in arm. They let the wood take them down the river.

Hours pass with them still on the wood, until it fits to land. The lands were dark and Rocky. It didn't take the eldest cub to realise they were in a cavern of some sort. Grabbing her sisters she walks into the dark Scape of the outlands.
