Backstory: As a child Rio caused havoc everywhere she went. Spray painting things, breaking windows, and pranking civilians. That is not the only Havoc she caused though. She made and sold Weaponry to dangerous criminals for food and money. That is until Hydra found her and kidnapped her. She has recently been saved by S.H.E.I.L.D but shows lack of trust when they offer help. The only two people in the Avengers she trusts is Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes.

other: she often has panic attacks and flashbacks of her past and the experiments that were tested on her.
