Arashi went outside the house to look for the demon but he left no traces while escaping.
"That was my mistake!"

Arashi was angry at his mistakes for not killing off the demon and Takeo came near him.
"Did he flee?"

Arashi noded.
Takeo wanted to ask Arashi something.
"That demon said something.
About a goal.
What was he talking about?"

Arashi got surprised.
"A demon's goal?
Devouring countless humans.
Spilling the blood of the innocents.
That's what makes a demon strong.
A strong demon can climb up in the hierarchy of demons, making them come closer to their leader.
That is why only the strongest demons are part the Twelve Demon Moons."

Takeo understood him and stood quiet after he took care of the habitants around.
They searched everywhere but the demon was nowhere to be found

Somewhere away...
The demon who tried to attack Arashi was fully recovered and was filled with anger.
"That trash!
Making fun of me like that!
I will crush him into pieces."

The sun was rising and there was no time now for him to get his revenge.
"Dammit!
Just you wait-!"

Before completing his word the demon felt a enormous presence behind him.
"It seems that while trying to walk on grass you accidentally stepped on a sharp rock didn't you!?"

There was another demon there.
Far more stronger.
"Wakuraba was your name?"

The demon's name who was attacked by Arashi was Wakuraba.
"What the hell do you want here?"

"Why such an behaving?
We both are demons who are willing to fulfill our Lord wishes.
This city is full of demon slayers.
I almost searched the whole city in orders of our Lord."

Wakuraba was pissed off by his behaving.
"I don't care about your doings!
I am searching for that flower myself!"

Suddenly a strong pressure came from above and it hit Wakuraba's head.
It was like something was grabbing his head tighter and tighter making his skull almost crack.

Wakuraba was shocked and felt an immense pain but the other demon demon didn't move an inch.
And he was completely ignoring him.

And he was completely ignoring him

"I guess you have a point there.
Worms like you has nothing to do with me.

The demon revealed his carved eyes to Wakuraba.
"I can step on you like you were nothing.
Wait, you are nothing!"

Wakuraba felt the dread that this demon was spreading.
It seemed like the demon freed him and Wakuraba spend no time to escape.

The demon looked at the city that was full of life while smirking.
"I haven't had fun in a while."

At the morning...
Arashi and Takeo were walking around the city looking for helpful clues.

Takeo was energetic but that wasn't the same about Arashi.
His mood had changed since the last night.
He had spoken less and was lost in thoughts.
Takeo noticed him and became worried.
"Are you okay Arashi?
Something has happened to you since last night.
Is it because of that demon?"
