Finally! (Camilo X Reader)

part 5: under the tree

You open your eyes, but see nothing. It takes a while before you notice a shadow standing at the end of your bed frame.

"What do you want?" You mumble while covering your eyes with your hand.

"Do you like stars?" The shadow whispered back.

"What?" You ask confused.

"Do you like stars?" It repeated.

"What kind of question is that?" You ask, still confused on what's going on.

"Just answer it."

"Yes? Why?"

"Come"

"What?" With that you get pulled out of bed. The shadow person grabs you by the hand and drags you onto the hallway. There you stand still.

"What are you doing? Who even are you?" You ask, now fully awake.

"Seriously? You can't even recognize this beautiful face?"

"Camilo? What are you doing, waking me up in the middle of the night?"

"There's a meteor shower tonight and i wanted to watch it with you." He says.

"Why didn't you ask me earlier?"

"Forgot to."

"Stupid."

"I'm not stupid, I'm just a busy man."

"Sure you are, now let's go see this meteor shower, it better be good."

" Of course."

You both go outside, holding hands. You head to a hill and sit down under a big tree on top of it.

You sit silently, staring up at the sky. You look at Camilo, he's also looking at the sky. You smile.

"What are you smiling at?" He asks.

"Nothing, just... You." You answer, still smiling.

"Is something with my face?"he asks while putting his hand on his cheek.

You chuckle. "No, you look good. Don't worry." You move closer to him and rest your head on his shoulder.

He doesn't say anything and you feel his head on yours.

"You're a lot like my brother." You say after a few minutes.

"Yeah?"

"Yeah. You always make me smile and when I'm with you i feel safe." You say with a big smile.

It's silent for a moment. "You're a nice head rest." He says dead serious.

You chuckle. "Thank you."

"Okay that sounded stupid. What i meant was, you make me feel like, whatever stupid thing i do, you won't judge me."

"And i won't, ever." You smile and put your hand in his. "I'm grateful i have you."

When you said that you see multiple strokes falling down from the sky. You both get up and your eyes are attached to the sky.

"It's beautiful." You say still staring at the sky.

"It is." You hear Camilo say. You turned to him and see him already looking at you. You smile at him and then look back to the sky where more meteors start falling down.

The shower goes on for another hour or so. Camilo started explaining all about meteor showers: "they are actually little rocks, left behind by a comets left behind. They are mostly not even bigger than your hand."
