Jackie pov

I hung out with keun until aggie showed up to drag him away somewhere. I sighed and started reading my book again. I listened to everything around me the birds, the wind, the water, and the conversations of kids that walked past. I soon finished my book and closed it. I got up and started wandering around the creek to get to know it better. As I walked I saw old forts, guard towers, and other things.

Xavier pov

I sat on my throne as my guards carried me around. I was looking at my phone when my guards stopped. I got mad "hey why have you stopped?" I asked annoyed my guards pointed, and I looked up. I saw Jackie move across the trail spinning and twirling. I blushed and smiled then I realized Jackie had a water lily hat on. My face burned as I saw her in it she looked so cute. I sighed and made my guards keep moving.

Later

I sat in my treehouse playing my handheld video game. "King Xavier." I looked up to see Maya and two guards holding Jackie. "WHAT IS GOING ON!?!" I exclaimed furiously with the guards "LET HER GO!" they did as I said and ran in fear of what I might do next. I looked at Maya still outraged "w-we found her snooping around the candy cave (IDK if that exists) we thought you might want to know." Maya said a hint of fear in her voice. I rolled my eyes "Jackie is new she still hasn't learned how things work around here." I said I pointed to the curtain and Maya left leaving me alone with Jackie. I looked at Jackie who looked terrified just like when I first met her. I sighed then noticed something on Jackie's neck...a cut. I got up and walked closer to Jackie sitting on my knees in front of her. She held her hands close to her chest and was shaking in fear. I frowned and pulled a band-aid from my pocket gently placing it over the cut. Jackie stopped shaking and didn't seem so scared. "How did you get the cut?" I asked Jackie looked away but then took a deep breath "i-i-i got it when th-those guards p-pushed me." My heart started racing hearing her voice and at the fact that she was talking to me. I nodded and gently cupped her face "they won't bother you again." I said Jackie nodded with a slight blush on her face. She then left and I called all my guards plus Maya to the treehouse and went completely ballistic on them.

Jackie pov

I was still blushing from when Xavier was holding my face in his hands. I wandered around the king's keep then started walking until I stumbled upon what looked like an old football field. in it, I saw a bunch of water lilies throwing water balloons at a target. I walked closer and they looked at me "oh hey." Gwen stepped out of the crowd and waved to me I smiled and walked to her. "Everyone she isn't a trespasser anymore she is a water lily," Gwen said talking to the others they smiled and introduced themselves. "We are doing target practice give it a try." A boy said handing me a balloon I nodded and aimed for the target. I threw the balloon with all the strength I had and everyone went silent. I hit the target sending it flying into a tree breaking it. Everyone started cheering and calling me the arm champion of the water lilies.
