The Emergency

Narrator POV

"Hey Luffy", said Sanji, "Chopper told me to give this to you, he said if you were ever lost at sea or drowning, it will let you have the ability to swim."

 "Wow", said Luffy, "Thats so cool!", "I'm going to try it out right now!" 

"No, you idiot! It is for emergency's only and plus it only lasts for 5 hours", said Sanji. "You should be lucky you even have it". 

"But how will I even know if it will work!", said Luffy, "you gave me two of them anyways, why can't I just use one?"

"They are for emergency's only; we can't always save you if you are drowning and we are fighting people", said Sanji, "Now, I have to make a meal for my precious Nami~". 

-What a Simp-, Luffy said in his mind. -Maybe if I pretend to sleep at night I can sneak out and try one of them, what's the worst that can happen-

Time Skip *At Night*

Luffy's POV

 -Ok, now I'm pretty sure everyone is asleep I can now go into the water! -

*I jumped out of the bed and started to tip-toe out trying not to wake any of the other boys up*

"Where do you think you're going", a familiar voice replied. I turned my head to see Zoro awake on the corner of the floor. 

Heheh, Me!? I'm not going anywhere! Hehe, I'm just going to the Umm to the BATHROOM, yea to the bathroom, no need to worry ok bye now.

Then I left right before I could let Zoro speak. I can't believe he was awake; he is always sleeping! I tried to ignore it and went to go do what I was going to.

I went a lowered the ladder, then I drank one of them and left the other on the ship, I went down the ladder and went into the water....kinda. I was hanging on to the ladder still since I thought I was going to sink. 

"You can do this!", I said to myself. I then let go...

AHHHHHHHH, I screamed
