:) hide paci under mask

:) use colorful pens and notebooks for notes

:) get a colorful binder and stickers

:) bring a small coloring book

:) have a small stuffed animal keychain as a calm down item

:) bring snacks like brownies, little bites muffins, cookies, etc

:) get colorful sticky-notes

:) get fidgets like a zipper, bike chain, or tiny squishy animal

:) bring your favorite drink in a water bottle that is kinda like a sippy

:) pack sensory items for when you need them 

:) tell a friend so they can help you when needed

:) bring a graphic novel, its normal but easy to read in head space
