At the student council's meeting room the atmosphere was tense. Everyone except for two, one who was playing video games and another who was playing with her hair by putting it in her mouth. None had spoke until the council's president looked at Sayaka and nodded as though permitting her to speak. Sayaka then began, " the student body is in disarray especially after the great debt repayment event. Jabami Yumeko allied with Saotome Mary and was able to draw a huge sum of money from the student council." But before she could continue, she was stopped by Kaede Manyuda, the treasurer who then said, "it is not only the great debt repayment event but also the fact that she has beaten two members of the student council and has brought more ruin to us.", all the while looking at Yuriko who shifted uncomfortably in her seat. Sayaka then continued , "but what remains unknown are Jabami Yumeko's motives as she has not payed off her debt yet and she still continues to be a housept." It was the Vice Presidemt who spoke this time and said, "being a house pet still entitles her to challenge and gamble against the student council members...a right which she can evoke against all of us , including the president." Runa , who was playing laughed at the thought and said, "so that means even the president here can lose and become a house pet." Sayaka was shocked and cried out , "but we cannot let that happen, Madame president we have to-.", but Kirari held up her hand and silenced Sayaka. Just then Midari Ikishima stood up and said, "please let me go at her Madame president , please , I really want to gamble against Yumeko please please please.", she asked like a little girl asking permission from her parents. Kirari merely smiled and said , " why of course Ikishima.", and right on cue Midari got off her chair and bolted outside the room , finding Yumeko.

After she went away, Yuriko then asked , "Madame president don't you think you should trust Ikishima-san with this considering she lost to the foreign exchange student?. Kirari looked at her student council with a smile on her face and then she said , in an ice cold voice, "I know that Yuriko-san but I couldn't refuse Ikishima's desire for so long. So now what about Ian Williams ?." The whole council looked more tensed then they were with Jabami Yumeko and Sayaka spoke, "as we all know Ian Williams beat Ikishima and what was more resounding about his victory amongst the students is how he criticised the president and the school's system where those who are at the bottom are treated cruelly and how those at the top will be punished....he also stated that he will still save her." She paused for a minute and then continued to speak, " now because of that, a cult following has been among the rise in the students, where they promote a strong sense of anti-gambling, by beating the active and avid gamblers by telling them that they are getting what they f**king deserve and paying off the house pet's debts by quoting Ian himself, "but I will still save you." We don't know if Ian himself is leading the cult but the members have been destroying gambling dens and because of which the student council is suffering loses because of fund shortages."

"Hmmm, this man is more trouble than Jabami Yumeko but he is in my radar.", Kaede had said as he adjusted his glasses, "according to my data , Ian does not have any connection to the cult but his actions have set the student body more active and rebellious against us than Jabami Yumeko.", he looked at his fellow council members and asked, "well do we have something that can counter such a force." "Well that remains to be seen, but until then , kindly be alert regarding the two people in question and do try your best in beating them, good day to you all.", Kirari said and together with Sayaka and the Vice President, she left the room and so did Yuriko and Runa , only Kaede was left behind. As soon as everyone had left and the door was closed, he banged his hands on the table and spitefully said, "good day yourself Monobami Kirari, you act all high and mighty because you sit in that chair.", he then moved to the chair occupied by the president and touched or fathered caressed the handle , imagining himself perched upon it like the proverbial Phoenix. He then proceeded to walk out of the room , and upon coming out he stopped to say to himself, "To reach the place where I want to , all I need to do is to eliminate two people , well then be it, Jabami Yumeko....., Ian Williams count your days... because these might just be your last."
