This is the last part of the family's holiday in Switzerland. I did a lot of research and made a lot of notes for this. In total, this Swiss series are 16,000 words 🤣🤣🤣

And I didn't even include all my plans.

I hope you'll enjoy this.

On the previous Christmas, Duchess Soo Ryeong or Gomo gave Ji Hoon a colored encyclopedia for kids that told about several countries from all the continents in the world.

"Shouldn't you give this to someone who is at least 7 years old?" Tae Eul had asked.

But Ji Hoon loved the book so much. He could read Hangeul already, although sometimes still spelling. He got very excited to see the pages about the North Pole. There were polar bears, and igloos. He really, really wanted to stay in an igloo with his parents.

The day after Christmas, the Royal Family finally left Badrutt's Palace to go to Adelboden. Tae Eul felt a little sad to leave their Tower penthouse, but Lee Gon reminded her they could always return when they felt like it in the future. With that, she said goodbye to the amazing hotel.

Adelboden was 4.5 hours car ride from St. Moritz. They stopped by for lunch at a restaurant, and Tae Eul checked off another Swiss cuisine on her list. It was Tartiflette, which was basically thinly sliced potatoes baked with smoked bacon, onions and reblochon cheese.

Berg & Naturhotel Engstligenalp in Adelboden offered igloos as hotel rooms, where people could sleep comfortably inside, and had well-equipped facilities. They rented enough igloos for the whole family and the royal guards.

Lee Gon was hoping for some action in an igloo, but his queen was still on her period, so he had two very comfortable days just snuggling with Tae Eul and Ji Hoon in the igloo. They watched cartoons and drank hot cocoa, took turns reading stories for Ji Hoon (Tae Eul brought a suitcase full of his books) and walking around the snowy area during the day, making more snowmen and did more snowball fights.

"I like igloos," Ji Hoon concluded on their second night, lying under the blanket with his parents on either side. Tae Eul just finished reading him another storybook, and they had a huge dinner before that.

Lee Gon grinned.

"I like Ji Hoon," he confessed.

The boy laughed and scooted closer to his Appa.

"I like Appa too."

"And we like Omma, right?"

Ji Hoon turned to his Mom. "Omma joaheyo!" he exclaimed, giving his mom the finger hearts.
