Its been like half an hour and Camilo and I were just leaning on the walls near the doorways of Casita, waiting for Mirabel to have some kind of update. Suddenly, vines popped out from nowhere and different colours started coming out of the flowers.
"It looks so... beautiful..." I said while my eyes sparkled.
"Like you, Mrs./Mr. Madrigal. Hah!" Camilo laughed. "Shut it Mr Madri-" before i could complete my sentence, someone cut me off.

"Mirabel! What are you doing!" It was Abuela.
"Isabela! She was upset and-" Mirabel explained.
"Of course she was! You literally ruined her proposal!" Abuela exclaimed.
I wanted to stand up for Mirabel once again but Camilo covered my mouth and hugged me tightly, preventing me from getting involved again. I struggled, trying to release myself but to no avail.
"I hugged Isabela and the candle in got brighte-" Mirabel explained once again.
"You have to stop Mirabel! If you didnt notice, Luisa is losing her gift and now Isabela is out of control because of you! The cracks started because of you! Bruno left because of you! I dont know why you didnt get a gift but it doesnt give you an excuse to hurt this family!" Abuela shouted.
"I will never... be good enough for you...will i?" Mirabel said, at the verge of tears.
"No matter... how hard i try..." Mirabel said again before looking at Luisa and Isabela who stood at a corner. I really wanted to help but Camilo still didnt want to let go.
"No matter how hard... any of us tries... Luisa will never be strong enough... Isabela wont be perfect enough!" Mirabel exclaimed. I could even hear the pain in her voice.
"Bruno left this family because you only saw the worst in him!" Mirabel was losing her sanity.
"Bruno didnt care about this family!" Abuela defended.
"He loved this family! I love this family! We all love this family! Your the one who doesnt care!" Mirabel shouted.
Suddenly, cracks started forming on the ground to the whole village. Camilo let go of me and he held my hand tightly while staring at the cracks.
"You are the one breaking our home!"
"Dont you dare-" Abuela said.
"The miracle... is dying because of you!" Mirabel lost it. A crack formed between Mirabel and Abuela. The casita is breaking! Isabela used her vines to try and save the candle but her miracle was gone and she fell to the ground. Camilo also ran, changing into different forms, avoiding all the debris that were falling but as he jumped, his miracle was also gone and he was falling to the ground.
"CASITA!" I shouted while climbing a makeshift ladder, following behind Mirabel. Casita successfully prevented Camilo from injuring himself. "thank you casita." I said under my breath and continued climbing. Casa Madrigal was slowly breaking apart! Casita made the floor make a wave to push everyone on the ground out of the house. I could hear Julieta calling Mirabel.
Suddenly i heard my name. "Y/n! Please! Get down!" as i successfully got onto the roof. I turned back and saw Camilo trying to go against the floor but to no avail. He even started crying but I still continued and followed Mirabel, determined to save the miracle... to save Camilo's miracle...
I pushed Mirabel up to get the candle and successfully did it but there was more to come. A big piece of the casita broke and both me and Mirabel fell but... casita could only save Mirabel... I guess... this is the end for me... i felt like my world turned slow-motion as i fell. I guess the vision was right... i was going to fall off the casita... "Thank you... Camilo Madrigal... if i die..." i muttered. I could still hear Camilo shouting my name but it was muffled. i landed on the ground and hit my head on the hard ground. Some small debris even collapsed on me.
"y/n!" That was the last word i heard from Camilo before blacking out.
