"GO BACK TO WORK!" Callie snapped, outraged. She seemed to have soaked up all the anger that both Teddy and Amelia were feeling like a sponge and decided to let Owen know exactly how angry the three of them were feeling. "GO BACK TO WORK!" She scoffed. "HOW CAN YOU EXPECT US TO GO BACK TO WORK? LIKE NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!" She yelled and the air in the room tensed as Callie took a deep breath and lowered her voice. "How can you expect us to go back to work when my wife-" She pointed to herself. "-Amelia's brother and sister-in-law-" She threw her hand in Amelia's direction. "-And Teddy's-" She threw her hand in Teddy's direction "... Teddy's... Cristina are all missing?!" Then Callie appeared to remember something, or rather someone, and her face contorted with rage, sadness and fear. "Not to mention my best friend, Mark, the father of my daughter and one of the best residents, Lexie Grey, this programme has ever seen and I have had the pleasure of teaching since I had Yang on my service a few years ago even if she does have a thing for neuro now - no offence Amelia,-" (to which Amelia just shook her head dismissively) "-but I am sure you and Teddy will agree with me on that, are also missing!" Callie ranted. She raised her voice again. "WE CANNOT JUST GO BACK TO WORK LIKE NOTHING HAS HAPPENED, LIKE EVERYTHING IS OKAY NO WAY IN HELL! THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE!" Callie was fuming, panting heavily, in a very animated way. You could practically see the smoke coming from her ears and her face was as red as a tomato. Her hands were now curled into fists at her sides and trembled with rage,

"Yeah! What she said!" Amelia said, nodding her head in agreement, straightening her body and standing her ground.

Teddy said nothing.

Owen looked between the three of them and gave a heavy deep sigh. He ran his fingers through his red hair.
