You were woken up by Ning. You had known each other pretty well. You got up from the cold rock ground and looked around, just to see that everyone has already left. You hoped they got back safely. 

"It's been a while." You said and hugged her. "Sure has been. Though, I do have quite a lot of work to do," she suppressed a yawn "I'll company you home, we can catch up on the way there." She smiled at you. 

You frantically nodded and went outside, waiting for Ningguang to come out as well. Soon enough you were walking down the hill and into Liyue. People of Liyue have been talking about how she's cold and has barely any emotions, but they were actually quite wrong.

She laughed, she smiled, she cried, she raged, she got embarrassed and flushed as a slight blush covered her face, she had more emotions than anyone thought. Yet she kept them inside, as she had an important job and didn't want to be judged.

"Well, I guess this is goodbye," Ning said with a sad smile. "I'll miss you Y/N." Tears started forming in your eyes as you hugged her. "I'll miss you too, Ning. But I would like to ask one question before you go." You both let go as you paused for a while.

"Do you have any idea of who could be my brother?" "You have a brother you don't know of? Couldn't have guessed... But I wish you the best of luck in finding him." You exchanged smiles and she left.

You went inside the house to see Beidou. "Hey Y/N thanks for keeping Kazuha. I'd like him back now." You nodded at her and went to Kazuha's room and knocked on the door. You didn't get an answer, so you spoke from outside, just in case.

"Hey Kazuha, Beidou's here to pick you up." You heard the boy's frantic footsteps towards the door as you moved back slightly. "Beidou? Yeah, guess it is time to leave. Thanks for giving me a place here." You hugged him and muttered a "no problem, I'll miss you." to him. 

You asked them the same question you asked Ning earlier but got no useful answer. You waved at each other and you turned around to see Bennett and Qiqi. You stood in the doorway watching them bond. 

"Qiqi, can you tell me about where you live?" Bennett asked. "I live in Bubu pharmacy with Baizhu in a small room full of medicine." She said in her usual monotone voice. "Oh, well that isn't the best, but I live anywhere I can, whether it's in someone else's house, or a hilichurl camp!" 

Qiqi nodded. "Baizhu told me to not be out for too long. I should go back." Qiqi stood up, and Bennett followed her action. They saw you and you chuckled before leading them both to the pharmacy.

"So, Qiqi. Will I get to me this famous 'Doctor Baizhu' you talk about?" You asked excitedly. "I'm not sure." That was all she said. You soon reached the building with a green roof. "Ah, Qiqi! I see you brought some friends over!" Baizhu smiled.

Qiqi nodded and went somewhere, you guessed that she went to their room. Bennett got pretty bored and went outside to look at the fish. Meanwhile, you were getting to know Baizhu. "Any siblings? You seem old enough to have some." You brought the topic up."

"Yeah, used to. Mother didn't have enough money to take care of both of us, so she threw my sister into the river. And since this day, I still hope the Archons protected her and to meet her someday." He said in a soft voice.

"That's sad... Can you give me more information? I might know her." "She wasn't that old, maybe a month or two. Her name was Y/N, that's all I know." "Well my name is Y/N but since you don't remember much, I could ask someone." You smiled."

"XIAO!!" You yelled. "What now Y/N." He seemed annoyed. "Is Baizhu my brother?" You gave him puppy eyes. He sighed. "Yes, now leave me alone, I have more important things to attend to." And with that, he disappeared in front of your eyes. 

"Well, I guess we know now." You smiled at your brother before being engulfed by a hug. You hugged him back and stayed like that for a while. When he let go, Baizhu started talking again. "You know, I'm happy to see you again. But you're still young, go explore the world." He smiled and gently kissed your forehead. 

That was, something, you could say. Your main goal was finished, but you had another goal you needed to finish. And you were on that right now. "So how did it go?" Bennett asked seeing you come from the distance.

You went to his side and said "I'll explain everything later." You grabbed his hand and rushed out of Liyue Harbor. You stood for a while, letting Bennett catch his breath. You went all the way to Sal Terrae, where you felt welcome. 

Despite the big monsters around there, you just ran away from them, as you didn't have time to waste. You sat on the ground, looking towards that waterfall. "Wow... This place is wonderful!" Bennett awed at the scenery as you chuckled a bit.

You let out a breath and looked at Bennett who was still enjoying the plants and the nice breeze. "This place is wonderful." The boy sat down next to you. "Sooo why did you take me here?" He questioned looking at you.

"Well, you know, I've found my brother. But I traveled all this way with you," you turned to him "and I wanted to let you know that you're great, despite all this bad luck you have, it makes adventures with you more interesting."

You smiled while looking at the ground. "And I don't know if you feel the same way, but I'd want to stay in your adventure team." You started off easy. "Of course! No one's ever been this nice to me." His face flushed pink and he rubbed the back of his neck.

You chuckled and held his face in your hands as his face got even redder. You kissed his forehead. Then his nose. Then his cheek. And hesitated for a bit before finally connecting your lips with his. 

It was short, and Bennett seemed shocked about your actions. He stuttered and all that came out of his mouth was W's and you grinned and let out a 'shh' noise. It became quiet and all of a sudden, you felt lips on yours.

Bennett made a move. "I love you."

"I love you more."

WHEW WAS THIS HARD TO WRITE... Anyways what do y'all think? Really hope you enjoyed reading this story as much as I enjoyed writing it :D
