The cafeteria.....
Wednesday, April 6th, 2016
Amanda was so hungry. She couldn't wait to get
out of English class. The bell rang, and it was
now time for lunch. She bolted towards the
cafeteria. Ziti and garlic bread was on the menu.
She got her tray, and her food was served. The
ziti was loaded with meat sauce, and the garlic
bread was nice and buttery. She got herself a
carton of lowfat milk, and sat down with her
friends Tiffany, and Melanie.
"Hi, Amanda!" said Tiffany, eating her ziti.
"Hi, Amanda!" said Melanie, sipping her
chocolate milk.
"Hi, girls!" said Amanda, digging into her pasta.
"This is delicious!"
"Exactly!" said Melanie, eating her garlic bread.
"I noticed that this school is running short on
milk." said Tiffany.
"Oh no!" gasped Amanda. "I always drink a
carton of milk with my lunch!"
"Same!" nodded Melanie, eating her pasta.
"There will be another shipment of milk, first
thing tomorrow morning!"
"Great!" said Amanda, eating her garlic bread.
"What's on the menu for tomorrow?"
"Loaded beef nachos, with salsa, or queso!" said
Melanie.
"Yummy!" exclaimed Amanda. "I can hardly
wait!"
Lunch was now ending, and everyone discarded
their trays, and went to their respective classes.
