Rio's POV
Seconds turned into minutes, and minutes turned into hours. Everything slowed down. People moving to fast but my mind is trying to comprehend everything. Alec was left at Beth's with her kids. I held the note in my hand reading it over and over.

Tears covering the piece of paper that seems meaningless to everyone else but to me it meant more than anyone could possibly imagine. I just can't understand why she didn't tell me sooner. So much pain was consuming her and she just stood her ground with no help.

I still haven't had any update on how she is or what is going but a flurry of emotions consume me. Becoming more and more stressed by the second things are getting confusing and anger, pain and sadness is all I can feel. My heart breaking every second I try to even think about what she's gone through because of me.

I've been denied from going anywhere near her hospital room having to stay in a waiting area with nothing but this note in my hand. Getting up I walk outside needing to blow off some steam hoping it will help me calm down. Breathing heavier tears fill my eyes and I punch the wall. Blood dripping from my knuckles but I keep punching. My knees weak drop to the ground all the energy from me drained just thinking about the note. There has to be something, something that she wanted me and only me to know.

There..has..to...be....
Pain and regret fills me as I have just got her back and she's already being taken away from me. I just wish I could cherish those moments we had together again. I never should have left.
