chapter 4: dreams

As the train came to a stop the four friends, now changed into their robes, made their way on to the platform of Hogwarts station. the platform swarmed with students, all trying to make their way to the carriages.

"Harry, Rose, are you sure you are both okay?" Hermione asked as they pushed their way past several first years.

"Yes, Hermione, I'm fine." Harry spoke grumply at the head of the group. Rose gave the back of his shoulder a slight push and he turned around.

"what ?" he asked not taking the hint, rose gave him a stern look and turned to hermione

"I'm fine thanks for asking hermione." she smiled at the concerned friend.

When they had finally gotten themselves a carriage they sat in silence as it drew them closer and closer to the castle.

"So I was thinking about it and since we get to go to hogsmeade this year. We need to make a plan. I say personally we start at-" ron broke the silence with what he thought would be a happy conversation.

" no use, i'm not going" harry said gloomy

"What do you mean you're not going?" hermione asked

"I never got my papers singed"

"Harry how could you forget" hermione said

" don't worry harry, my mum wouldn't sign my papers. So i guess you're stuck with me." rose nudged him in the side as he smiled at her.

Once the carriage had finally came to a stop the four friends jumped out and stated making there way through the muddy grounds until a voice made them turn around.

" you fainted potter? Is it true? You actually fainted?" draco molfoy pushed pass rose and hermione to stand in Harrys way followed by his two henchmen crab and goyle.

" shove off malfoy" rose tried to push her way past him but he just put his hand out in front of him blocking her way.

" and you baker?"

Rose stepped back so she could look him in the eye. She felt harry grab the back of her robs as to hold on to her in case anything happened.

" Cant let your boyfriend face anything alone can you? Always have to be the center of attention, the two of you." he laughed.

" is there a problem." they heard from behind them. They turned tehre heads to see projessor lupin walking up to them.

" oh no problem– eh – professor" malfoy smirked and started walking away followed by crab and goyle.

Rose looked back at professor lupin as the others started to walk away. She smiled and gave him a nod.

" rose come on" she heard ron yell and she hurried to catch up with the rest of the students.

"Im coming im coming, calm down ronaldo you'll get your food" she yelled back

Remus Lupin saw something in the young girl he hadn't seen in many many years. It gave him hope. That hope was crushed however when he realized the idea he had created in his head was absolutely impossible. The man stood in the rain for a moment long holding on th[o the idea. Finally he also started making his way towards the castle.

As the friends stepped the entrance way they heard the voice of there head of house.

" potter, Granger, I need to see you both in my office. You should come as well, Baker." McGonagall

" well actually you see professor ron her is so famished he could faint i think i need to help him to the greta hall." rose spoke not ready to get in trouble for something when she had barely stepped foot in the school.
