A Night At The Pizzaplex

Chapter 12

" Freddy? I thought she'd go with Chica. I wonder what changed her mind? " Esther hummed, taking the plush into her hands and dusting the glitter off of it once Sun let her go. " Maybe because he's the only one not trying to kill your poor sister. " Bonnie answered, taking a look around the place while Esther talks to Sun.

She walked around the robot, " If that is the case then why is this dude nice? " Now she was the one asking questions. ' It would make sense that Vanny wouldn't program this guy since he looks pretty weak. ' She looked up at Sun, staring deeply into their facial features while Sun just smiles at her, waving their body from side to side. " Wait, you called Sys a rule breaker. Why is that? " She asked him, poking at his pointy and retractable triangles.

" Oh, I only have one rule. That was to keep the lights on- "

" Bonnie turn the lights off. "

" No, no, no! You can't do that! " Sun grabbed the human by the shoulders, they seemed panicky now. " Why not? What happens when the lights turn off? " She questioned them further as the robot looked over to the rabbit animatronic walking towards the security table. Sun let go of the human and tried to get over to Bonnie but Esther jumped on them. " I'll open you up and find out what exactly you are. " She whispered to Sun as the lights went off.

Esther got off of them when they started screaming. ' Does he change modes during nighttime or something? ' Her eyes watched the robot's every move until it stood up. Moon now had control, their blood-red eyes staring back at hers. " Now, this is interesting, whoa-! " She ducked down when Moon tried to get a hold of her.

" It's past your bedtime. "

" Duh, I never sleep anyway. " She answered back, running towards the security desk where Bonnie was watching the whole thing. " So, how do you think we can knock that thing out? " She turned to the rabbit, " I think you've underestimated how strong he is. There have been accidents of children getting hurt during nap time when this Moon guy is in charge. "

She looked at Moon, creepily mimicking a dance in front of them while their head was spinning. " A robot that can physically transform itself but unfortunately has no control of when it happens. Sun seemed like he was in pain during the transformation earlier, did they give them the ability to feel pain? " She squinted her eyes at the robot before telling Bonnie to open the lights again.

Taking the transformation time as a chance, she screwed open their head, temporarily shutting Sun and Moon down as she takes their program disk to her partner. " While I'm destroying the source of what's making Moon have these urges to harm people, can you code Sun to be able to get out of the daycare? " She asked as Bonnie replied with a short nod. Esther sat down on the other office chair, taking care of Vanny's doings in Moon's program.

Once the door opened, Sys tried to wipe the continuous tears off her cheeks. She felt lost and alone, there was nobody to guide her on what to do now. She flinched when she heard heavy footsteps, covering her head on instinct as she shook uncontrollably. ' I'm scared, Freddy...I don't want to be alone... ' She felt a hand on her head, softly petting her hair. She perked up from hiding and was met with red eyes.

It was Monty, kneeling and mimicking a small smile. " You okay, little guy? "

" Freddy got taken and it's all my fault... " She sniffled before bawling her eyes out and jumping into the gator's arms. Monty wasn't used to comforting children like Freddy but he knew a trick or two. He carried the little girl into his lap, gently patting her back. " It's not your fault, I'll help you get to him so don't cry anymore. " He tilted her chin up to face him, " You look ugly when you cry, kid. "

The animatronic gently wiped the tears off her pale cheeks, booping her red nose as the tiny human giggled. " There's that annoyingly cute smile. " He chuckled as Sys hugged him, muttering a thank you before getting lifted. Monty took the top hat and placed it on top of the little one's head, " This door here needs level 4 security, what level do you have on your watch? " He leaned down as she lifted her Fazwatch to him, not knowing how to check.

" Level 3, so just one more. That'll be easy, hop on. " He stood up straight, dropping his tail low enough so that she could jump on. They walked back to where the main stage lift was and headed left-

" Hi! Please take this map. "

" Fuck! " Monty accidentally punched the unfortunate bot when he got surprised by it. They looked at the outline on the wall where the Map Bot got thrown. " M-Map, Take a map... " Sys felt bad for it, taking one of its maps scattered on the floor before looking away as they run away from the crime scene. They ventured into the dark garage-like room, finding nothing useful until they reached another storage room of sorts.

Sys tugged on Monty's hand, pointing to an endoskeleton. " Monty, there's something there... " She hid behind him, not wanting to see the disgusting thing any longer. The gator watched it stay still, the flashing red eyes staring back at his. " Kid, I'm gonna have to watch this thing while you go. It moves when we're not looking. " He informed, letting her slide down his tail. Sys looked at the thing, gulping nervously as she inched towards it, directing her flashlight on it.

She wasn't looking where she was going, too focused on avoiding that thing as she tripped on a wire with a yelp. Monty turned to her, leaving the endoskeleton unsupervised for a second but that gave it time to run towards the dizzy little girl. Right before the endo could harm the human, Monty lunged at it, growling as he punched its face multiple times. When she opened her eyes, the gator had already destroyed the endo, ripping off its naked arm with ease and throwing it somewhere. She noticed a scratch on his face, " Are you okay? " She quickly stood up, walking towards him with a worried look on her face. Her fear of him had left long ago when he helped her up the escalators.

She trusted him without a second thought.

Monty stared at her, surprised as she wasn't scared of him. " Yeah, I'm metal, little guy. A scratch like this is nothing. " He reassured her, standing up and curling his tail around Sys to carry her. There was no other way but the vents so he let the little girl go first just in case something comes after her. Sys looked back at Monty, remembering the spider-like animatronic last time she went into a vent. The memory of it sent shivers down her spine as she backed away from the opening, confusing the gator as she weakly pulled him in with her.

She hid under Monty, it was a tight squeeze but she felt safe under him. " You're giving me less space to crawl here, kid. " He sighed but went along with her plan anyway, crawling through the small tunnels. When they were halfway through, the familiar sound of metal tapping echoed inside. " It's the spider thing! " The little human froze in fear, covering her ears as Monty had no choice but to bite the back of her shirt to carry her just like a real alligator. He knocked out the spider animatronic with a flick of his tail, giving them enough time to get out of the vents. Monty bent down to let go of Sys's shirt, petting her head to reassure her that she was safe now.

" Thank you. " She smiled up at him, knowing that she probably would've kept sobbing inside the recharge station if Monty didn't find her. She spun around a few times, dusting off her already dirtied dress as much as she can. She took a look around the area, they were definitely near the filthy parts of the pizzaplex. Monty followed her through the tons of themed trash bins, not paying mind to anything but keeping Sys safe from anything.

Finding a mini recharge station, she placed the flashlight inside and waited for it to finish charging. " Do you also have a belly space, Monty? " She asked, looking up at the gator fixing his glasses. " No, only Freddy and Bonnie have those features. " He answered as she tilted her head, " Who's Bonnie? " Monty blinked at her a few times, how did she not know who Bonnie was when her sister travels with him?

" Do you have a sister? " He kneeled, wanting to make sure that the person he met earlier was someone related to Sys. " Mhm, we fought and I ran away. " She admitted, taking the flashlight and holding Monty's tail in her free hand. She was still a tad bit afraid of his sharp claws.
