" Good news. It looks like the door to El Chip's is open. "

" Food? How lucky, I need something to eat. " She bounced in excitement, footsteps quickening as they jog towards the resto. Before they could go in, Freddy stopped in his tracks, " I must warn you, when you enter an area where you do not have a locator map signal, I will be unable to reach your location. You can update your mini-map at a security office. Be safe. " Sys whined, sighing as she let go of his finger, the metal door didn't open up to Freddy's height so she had no choice but to go alone.

' Wait a minute, I can just grab us some snacks and come back! '

Her eyes glimmered, feeling smart as she crouched down, gesturing Freddy to stay right there and wait for her. She gasped when she saw the interior, the designers did well making the place look fun even if it was closed. She walked over to the Freddy statue, or was it another animatronic? Nah, the real Freddy was waiting at the entrance, plus the texture of it wasn't metal. ' Huh, I wonder if Freddy even eats? ' She paused and went back to him, peeking from below, " Do you eat gas? " The animatronic looked down at Sys, blinking as his ears wiggled.

" Sorry, do you drink gas? " She asked again, tilting her head at him.

Freddy let out a chuckle, or maybe his voice box was malfunctioning? Can robots laugh? " I cannot drink or eat anything, I am metal. I guess you could say the recharge stations are my source of energy. " He closed his eyes as if mimicking a smile, Sys smiled back at him, " Okay, tell me when you need to recharge, okay? " She went back inside, grabbing a few chips and taking a water bottle from the kitchen, also taking some tissues and a plastic bag to put in the trash afterward.

She popped out from under the metal door, walking to the corner tables where the guard bot wasn't able to go near. Placing down her midnight snack, she called for the bear to come and sit with her, Freddy happily obliged. It was quite a surprise that the seats didn't break, who knows how much the robot weighs. Sys hopped onto the chair, pushing her food towards Freddy to ask for help opening them. She watched as he easily ripped open the pack of chips as it, unfortunately, sprung out and scattered all over the table.

The little girl laughed at him, he thought she would be disgusted since she didn't like messes. " I am sorry- " Sys cut him off by shaking her head, smiling and partly giggling, " It's okay, you probably aren't used to opening tiny bags of chips. " She chuckled as she helped him clean up. A frown appeared on her lips when she remembered Sunny, " Maybe we can go visit Sunny before I leave, I still feel bad. I'll give them a handwritten note! " She suggested in which Freddy nodded, he wondered why this kid is trying to act mature when she's just a child, most kids would be terrified of the daycare after finding out about Moon.

Once she finished eating, she tidied up the table and leaned forward to pull Freddy's paws on the table. The robot looked at her with confusion, " You got crumbs on your paw from earlier, I noticed so let me clean them for you. " She took a tissue and started wiping off the excess food, Freddy tilted his head, it was quite confusing to him that she was taking care of him when it should be the other way around. He didn't want to ask random questions, so he simply followed along.

" They're all clean! " She mused, hopping off the chair and sneakily running around the guard bot, easily placing the trash inside the bin. Sys felt a little sad parting with Freddy again but she needed to be brave, " I'll see you when I see you! " She whisper-shouted at the bear, who only waved back and gave her a thumbs-up, " I will see you then. "

Sys ran back inside the restaurant, heading back to the kitchen as she spotted a gift box earlier. She took the box from the counter and cranked the handle, there was a Monty-themed Fizzy Faz drink. ' Aw, I'm not allowed to drink sugary stuff. ' She put the can back into the box, stepping out of the kitchen and venturing forward into another area where the metal doors let her through.

" Well done, Sys. You are in the East Arcade. You should be able to get to the Prize Counter through the security office. Look for the door with a security badge symbol on it. "

The little human nodded, muttering a small okay as she crouched down, hiding from the guard bots that were roaming around. She became slightly nervous upon seeing how many of them were are and hearing Roxy's voice didn't help either. Finally, she found the door but it wouldn't open. " Freddy, the door won't open. " She stared at the cleaning bot, making sure it wouldn't notice her as she waited for the animatronic's instructions.

" How unfortunate. Head past the Superstar-cade wall, to the back of the arcade. There is a roll up door at the very back which leads to the Prize Counter. " Sys hid behind the arcade machines, peeking from all angles as she ran through the huge entertainment place. She stayed near the walls, thinking it was a great idea until a guard bot spotted her, holding her in place as it called over Roxy.

" I'm the best! "

She squirmed until the guard bot released her, stumbling as she ran as fast as she could, looking behind her and unfortunately crashing onto another guard bot. She yelped when she successfully avoided its hands trying to catch her, panting and huffing as she continued running until she found a pillar that was safe to hide behind.

" I heard that. "

' No, you didn't! ' She peeked from the pillar, seeing Roxy turn in the wrong direction as she lets out a sigh of relief, using the back of her hand to wipe the sweat off her forehead. When she finally caught her breath, she sneaked around the arcade machines, there was fewer guard bots in sight.

The place was big, too big. Too much space to cover but at least more space to run and hide just in case she gets caught again, though she's going to make sure to be more careful. The feeling of dread she had when she knew Roxy was coming got her trembling and teary-eyed. She shivered at the fresh memory, hugging herself as she shook her head, trying to focus on her objective.

" I bet you don't even have friends... "

Roxy's voice was loud, she was near and Sys could feel and hear the rattling of heavy footsteps. She rubbed her eyes at the neon lights, the wolf camouflaged perfectly with the colors, but she was small enough to ease through the arcade machines. She just had to be quiet and fast, like a prey sneaking from its predator. The more she walked, the dimmer the lights became as if it was leading to a bad situation. Sys stayed close to the arcade machines, if there were pillars around, she'd hide behind them and look through the cameras to find a safe route. Once she finally found the roll-up doors, she was met with it unfortunately being locked.

" Freddy, it's also locked, this is tiring me out. Why does this place need so much security? " She huffed, backing away when a guard bot roamed too close. " They are... required safety measures due to past issues. Look for another way in. " Sys almost scoffed from fearful frustration, hiding behind the arcade and finding another open vent.

' Great, another vent... '

She calmed herself down, ' It's just dust, just dust. I'll be okay. ' She nodded to herself, bending down and crawling into the vents, shuddering at the icky texture of the filth inside.

It wasn't until she heard clicking noises that made her look over her shoulder.

Is that..?

She doesn't know what it was but the moment it opened its creepy mouth and stared at her with those void-like eyes she booked it without a second thought. ' Don't look back, keep going! ' The sound of its spider-like legs and the faint sound of its teeth grinding sent shivers down her spine. She was too focused on crawling faster that she didn't notice she was at the end of the vent. She fell with a hard thud, wincing in pain and shaking her head as she tried to shrug it off.

She grasped onto the table, lifting herself as she slowly walked into the security office. She climbed onto one of the seats, resting for a minute or two as she pressed Freddy's nose on the center of the table. It revealed another security badge, giving her Security Level 2 access.

The intercom spoke, she quickly glanced around upon hearing it. " Emergency lockdown activated. This area is off-limits to guests. " She jumped off the chair and closed both of the doors, hearing noisy footsteps nearby. " Not this again! Freddy, I don't know what happened! All I did was take the badge. " She looked through the cameras, confused as to how the animatronics were always on her tail.

" Do not panic. That office is now on lockdown. I can deactivate the alarm, but it will take some time. "
