Griffin's P.O.V

The ball incident was not brought up again. This is my first murder here isn't it?

Wait, didn't I already murder that assassin dude those months ago?

So second murder.........

So far so good. I'm on a roll!

Anyway enough about that, today is the day I go to Sorcier with Princey.

This is probably the only I ever looked forward to ever since I got here.

We will be traveling by ship of course. The weather is fine, for now......

Thomas was carrying two of my suitcases. My third one was smaller and lighter, so I carried it myself. Grace was waiting by the stairs. "Are you ready Griffin?" she asked, a bit of worry visible on her face. "Yeah. Will you be alright though? Yknow without me around?" I asked her.

"Yeah, I guess. Vi is there to keep me company. The other three as well...... But still! I'll miss you very much! I'll be waiting for your letters! I'll send you letters too! I promise!" she said hugging me.

"Ok my little lady. I'll be waiting. I'll send you some pictures too. Maybe a couple of potions or artifacts." I replied patting her head.

"Cmon, we have to go to the docks now!" Grace pulled my hand as she dragged me to the carriage. My parents were already seated inside. My two suitcases in the trunk.

The ride felt nice. My parents told me how much they will miss me, how much they love me and that if anyone tries harming me they will do...........unspeakable things to them.

We reached the docks. Princey and his family were there. Viola, Carson and Issac were there as well.

After many goodbyes, hugs and promises, the two of us boarded the ship. 

The ship had quite the detail. The Royal emblem shining proudly. The sails gently swaying.

'This is going to be a good trip' I thought as the ship started sailing away from the docks with now hard to make out people waving goodbye.

Princey and I settled in the cabin. It was going to be a very long trip.......

Third person P.O.V

The ship came to rest at the Sorcier docks. The two children descended from the ship.

"Welcome to Sorcier, Master Raphael and Master Griffin." said a wizard with a white beard.He was wielding a staff with a bright pinkish purple gemstone at the top.

"Thank you for the welcome." said Raphael with a slight bow. Griffin did the same.

Unlike in most kingdoms, Sorcier had a Council Of Capable Knowledgeable Sorcerers, also known as C.O.C.K.S. The council ran the kingdom and comprised of very powerful sorcerers. The wizard before them was the head of the council or the 'Supreme Head'. His name was Indoquirax.
